Das Haus hat eine super Lage und ist in einem sicheren Teil von St. Paul. Die Betten waren gemütlich, die Klimaanlage hat das Haus gut runter gekühlt an den heißen Tagen und die Einrichtung war außergewöhnlich. Andy ein freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Grundsätzlich war das Haus sauber.

Die Austattung war sehr mager. Wir hatten zum Beispiel gerade mal zwei große Teller und nur zwei Kaffeetassen, obwohl wir zu dritt angereist sind. Wir hätten uns über mehr Geschirr in der Küche gefreut. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war schon ziemlich durch gesessen, wie auch die Stühle.

Location was the key. Felt very comfortable there.

Could have used more glasses. We did not use the kitchen but there really were not many cooking utensils.

Such a cool house, well kept and in a good neighborhood. Was a fast walk to the Xcel center. Absolutely loved the vintage decor. It really made a person feel like they went back in time. There are two bedrooms, a living room, bathroom and kitchen. Staff were kind and professional. Check in/out was a breeze. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in the area.

There isn’t AC if that something that matters to you. Otherwise absolutely no complaints.

The old narrow staircase a little tricky to navigate & could use a few more coffee cups & regular drinking glasses (like for water).

Loved the VHS projector, I kinda want to take that idea for my own apartment. The property as a whole was in a great location and exactly as depicted in the photos.

Andy was very helpful and friendly. He was available all the time and was able to assist when we needed any help with anything.

the stay was amazing. our host Andy was far more helpful, courteous and friendly then me or my children could have even imagined. the stay was far more comfortable and luxurious then any hotel I’ve ever stayed at and words couldn’t describe how accommodating and wonderful the unit made our stay. this is a must rent 5 star stay for me and my children

The location is absolutely fantastic. Close to the Excel/River Center. Lots of great dining within a 5 minute walk. It was nice to be in a residential area versus a large box shaped hotel. Hosts are great and very quick with anything we needed--and they are so prepared, so we needed very little. The room had everything needed and definitely meets the description of funky. The family enjoyed it immensely and we would recommend it if you are looking for a place to stay off the beaten path.
