Staying here, we were able to make the most of our short time at Steamboat. Very nice place.The beds are extremely comfortable.I wish the sat tv box was more reliable and there was a little bit of pooling water in the shower (drain issue), but none of those would detract me from returning to this exact unit next time. Highly recommend.

Great space for a couples get away!

Condo is very central to everything, close to the free transit and anything you need. Complex has a great pool and Rec room so there are also areas to relax on-site. Condo is well outfitted with things you need and I appreciated the cabinet of spices and cooking oils. Would 100% come back. When we arrived the beds weren’t made, there were clothes in the washer and dryer, left behind kids clothes in the bedroom and the showers had not been cleaned. I do believe the entire complex is cleaned by one company so it’s not a reflection of the host but perhaps short staffing. We didn’t mind, I did an extra clean before unpacking, but I do know others who would care about these things.

We had a great stay! The location was hard to beat. Walkable to the base and many fun restaurants. The house was comfortable and quiet. Definitely recommend!

We had a great time staying in this cute and cozy condo. Perfect location, super close to the gondolas and with the excellent Apres Burger Bistro next door for superb breakfasts, lunch and dinner.

We loved our stay! Perfect for our family of four with two young children. Convenient walk to the gondola, easy parking.

I had high hopes for this location after seeing the pictures and reading the description. I reviewed a lot of listings and settled on this spot due to its location to the base and the hot tub being open during the extended closing weekend. The communication before the stay was decent. However, communication issues started as soon as I arrived. In trying the garage code it did not work. It's not rocket science to open a garage door via the keypad, the code simply did not work. In the welcome email It says to call the number for emergencies but when you call that number it says to email them instead. I left a voicemail but they never did. I waited for about 2 hrs with no response. I walked over to the office but they had left early since it's late season. I called the office number, no one answered and the voicemail box was full. After seeing a security guard driving around I asked them to open the unit, only then was I able to gain access to the unit. Over 12 hours went by before I even received response from this property management company giving me the same code again. Had I not seen the guard outside I would have likely not been able to get in until the next day when the office opened. With the lack of help from the management company I worked directly with the office to get them to fix the code. The property management company made me feel like an idiot and that I had no concept on how to enter a code. Once again this is not something that someone who is staying there should have to manage as that is what you pay the high fee for but it was either that or never get into the garage from the outside. There is also the issue of the fireplace that never worked the whole time even after reporting it. They blamed it on not being able to find anyone but it was still something that was a problem the whole week. The baseboard heat had a hard time keeping up or catching up if it's kept low when out (does automatically). If you like it warm then you would likely have to wait 6 to 8 hours for it to get up to temperature when it's cold out. The sauna which is in the master room is behind bunk beds that you have to move in order to get in. There was also the issue of towel racks falling off the wall, TP holders,non working ice maker and broken cube trays. Keep in mind the rooms face the trail and the brewery so the view is not great. There are plenty of other units here that you can enjoy that are not managed by this company. Avoid this one at all costs.

Clean. Great Location, short walk to base of mountain.

This was the ideal location, just a short walk to the gondola. We really enjoyed the sauna & hot tubs in the club house. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, easy to check into & had everything we needed. This was our first trip to steamboat but hopefully not the last. We would definitely book here again.

Enjoyed our stay and met expectations

The property is located at 300 yards from the steamboat base gondola and is easily reached by walking. It is clean, has a well appointed kitchen and comfortable seating area. The hot tub provides a place for relaxation after a hard charging day. This property fulfilled all of my needs and then some.

Aneliya's place is fantastic, the location is impossible to beat. There's a great little grocery store just half a block away and the gondola is such a short hike that it became trivial. The whole unit has been beautifully done up with top shelf materials, and the quality is noticeable everywhere. We had such a wonderful stay we plan to return again next season.

Aneliya was an amazing host, her personal touches throughout were appreciated. The kitchen was fully stocked with proper cooking tools, and had lots of bonus spices from previous guests. The condo was in a great spot, easy walking access to Gondola and hot tub. I also reached out to Aneliya for a few minor inquiries and got immediate responses and support. Overall I would highly recommend this place, a perfect place to enjoy Steamboat Springs.

Can't beat the ski in ski out location! We loved our stay!

The condo was perfect for our family's ski trip. The owner is very organized and responsive. The unit had everything we needed. So close to the slopes.

The location was great! The place was clean and had everything we needed! Shuttles are easy and shuttle drivers are great, too!

This condo could not have been more darling and totally perfect for our family. The house would easily accommodate six people, but even eight people would be very, very happy there with the three bathrooms. The location was just perfect! We were close to the little store that had all sorts of grocery goods and hot food, as well as really close to the gondola. The house could not have been better provided for with wonderful amenities. The host's communication was also wonderful! I'm super picky about places being clean, and not only was the condo spotless, there were all sorts of wonderful little touches with the towels. Absolutely wonderful!

This condo had everything we needed. Plenty of space, wonderful fixtures, and an overall gorgeous design. The only thing I wish we had more of was parking. We had 2 cars, but were not able to get a spot initially in the common parking lot which left us kind of stuck. Overall though, I would highly recommend this place. It was perfect for our group and had an excellent location - very easy walk to the mountain village.

We had such a blast at Zia's place! The home was beautiful and comfortable for 2 couples. We made a delicious meal in the kitchen one night and a big breakfast the next morning. The kitchen had everything we needed! The sauna was relaxing and we loved playing games on the big dining table. The fireplace warmed the home up perfectly after a long day of playing in the snow. I hope we get a chance to come back!

We rented this condo for my son's spring break, and it was perfect for us. A few have said in their reviews that the unit is small, but that was not our impression. It was plenty large enough, and very well decorated and appointed. We cooked in three nights, and the kitchen is well appointed with all of the pots/pans/utensils we needed. The unit is also a very easy walk to the gondola/village, and it is nearly a ski-in condo because you can ski a path to the street that the condo unit is on. We would definitely rent this unit again.
