Perfect for our group. The house is clean, comfortable and in a great location.

Myself and two friends had a great stay for three nights at this house. It's a very comfortable home on a quiet street, but also convenient to plenty of other spots in town. Check-in/out process was very well communicated and the hosts were just what you would hope. It's obvious that they care about the place and want their guests to have a great experience. They offer a lot of solid recommendations and plenty of extras like the hot tub and bikes to make it easy to relax. Could not ask for more and I'd fully recommend this place :)

Our family spent four nights at this house for spring break and had a great stay. Clean, charming, and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We walked to everything: Utica Square, Cherry Street, Swan Lake Park, and my wife walked to Yume Spa on 15th. Plus, we were just a short car ride to the Gathering Place. Highly recommend!

We were only in the house two nights for a weekend wedding, but I’d definitely come again. We didn’t get a chance to use the front porch or the hot tub because it was rainy and cool. We were 5/10 minutes from everything, even walking to Wild Fork at Utica Square for brunch.

We enjoyed this cozy bungalow for a weekend wedding. The location was very convenient to all the restaurants on Cherry St and Utica Square. The house was very clean and comfortable with some nice touches. I would highly recommend this home.

My spouse, 2 dogs and I were in T-Town for a comedy show @ the Hard Rock. We booked this property in advance, and were delighted when we arrived. A very well appointed home-- walk-able to Utica Square and Cherry Street. We even took our dogs on a quaint walk around the neighborhood. During our stay we reached out to the property manager a couple times for small inquiries-- they were very responsive and kind. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our family was traveling through Tulsa on a long road trip. We had our dogs with us so I was looking for a place to stay that would accommodate them. This house was perfect, for dogs and people! They did a lovely job decorating it to be inviting and stylish. They thought of every detail. Amongst the best VRBOs we’ve stayed at.

The house is so cozy, clean and well appointed. The screened in porch is a nice place to sit in the mornings and evenings. The house is luxurious and very comfortable.

We came into Tulsa right was a terrible storm approached. Shortly after, the power went out and was out all night due to storm damage in the neighborhood. Jennifer was available immediately to address our concerns. The power returned for a short time but then went out again cutting our stay short. We were sad about this because the house was quite charming and we would have loved to stay longer! I can’t say enough how responsive and accommodating Jennifer was! If we return to the area we would definitely stay here again! Thank you Jennifer for being so kind and an amazing host in such a difficult situation!

Jennifer your home could not have been more perfect for our stay! My sister and I took our mom for the overnight as a surprise for Mother’sDay. Our favorite areas were the den for comfortable chatting, the screened in porch for our morning coffee and of course all of us had a great nights sleep in the comfortable beds! There were so many amenities the owner provided that added an extra touch. You would never have to go out to buy a thing because she was gracious to provide almost anything you may have forgotten to bring along. The bedding and towels were super clean and she had enough throw blankets for every person to have their own. We were more than happy with our stay and would definitely stay again!!! Thank you Jennifer…it’s obvious you have always been a great host at your own home as well and treated us like one of your dear friends or family too!

Property was so clean and wonderful!! It was 2 miles from the BOK Center and I took my son and his friends there for the Koe Wetzel concert. The check out process was amazing...wish more check out were that simple! The house was well stocked with everything you need, and the bathroom even had so many essential items that most places don't have. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Tulsa. Great place and wonderful communication with property owner!!!

For me, a truly great stay is defined by comfort and convenience with some style. This property absolutely checked all the boxes. Literally everything you could need was there and placed well. It’s a great location and close to everything fun in Tulsa. The beds and pillows were fantastic too!

This house has been so nicely updated, and the location was perfect for The Philbrook and shopping/restaurants at Utica Square. It was a pleasure to spend downtime there. Highly recommend!

Our experience was amazing at this beautiful home. Everything was so clean and smelt amazing. The house is very updated to todays style. We had no trouble connecting with the owner she was quick and responsive to all my questions. The house had so many things to make your stay more enjoyable. Check in was easy and check out as well. We had a great stay for 3 nights! The hot tub was great, there were toys and books for the kids, the house is beautifully decorated, and not a far drive to the gathering place. Highly recommended!

This place is awesome. It’s super cute, clean and comfortable. Also so nicely stocked. Coffee for guests was especially appreciated. Had every amenity you could imagine. Host was so so friendly and responsive. I use VRBO a lot and this one is tops. Thanks for your hospitality.
