I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. My room service person was excellent and went the extra mile one day when I was unwell. The breakfast was extremely good
My only negative was the dinner menu. I thought it was limited and the two meals I had there were not enjoyable. I also thought the alcohol was overpriced.

I’ve been staying at leading hotels in Singapore since 2012. I’ve stayed at most of the major hotels and I can honestly say the Pullman is almost impossible to beat. The location is superb, the room is Five Star, the team members here are all amazing. The bar/restaurant on level four is terrific, and I just booked five additional nights based on my satisfaction. This is now my go-to Singapore for family staycations. 10 out of 10.

This may be the most unsatisfied staycation I've ever been.
1. First day during breakfast, I was told by the restaurant staff that I cannot wear slipper in their restaurant, but there were so many other people wearing slippers as well, not sure if she reminded the others one by one.
2. On second day when I came back after my dinner, I saw the toilet bowl still has yellowish liquid on the toilet bowl. Not sure if it's detergent or the staff peed on it, but was so disgusting.
3. The entrance of the hotel has a dog poo smell that was unbearable.
Overall the experience was so poor.

First stay at Pullman Singapore Orchard. Having accrued over +1000 hotel nights in my career, I was impressed by the excellent staff. Nice room. Fantastic location.

Good clean hotel. Booked for two adults one child would not recommend if more than 2 people surcharge for extra bed was high. Also surcharge for child’s breakfast

Had a great stay, stayed for 5 nights and it was super easy to get around and the hotel is very clean.
The pool is very pretty and enjoyable.
Rooms are spacious and the cleanliness is excellent. The staff are friendly and always want to help out.

Arrived late and checked it past midnight, and what a pleasant surprised to find out that have been upgraded.
Basically stayed here for all business trips to Singapore, have everything I need, good location, comfortable room and a fantastic breakfast.

Overall good. There was only 1 chair that came with the coffee table. So when we got some snacks we had to either eat on the bed or sit on the floor. The light switches were a little confusing as the labelling was not clear. Took a while to figure out

I've stayed a Pullman hotels in Bangkok and Phuket, i would say my stay at Pullman Singapore didn't quite live up to my expectations. Not that anything was bad, although the breakfast were much better with more variety in Thailand.

For a hotel with five stars, the breakfast was below average. In order to interact with guests, the chefs working the morning buffet line lack manners and decency. That has to change.
The bathroom floor, including the sink and toilet bowl, is always wet when I take a shower.

Nicely renovated hotel with a popular bar/ lounge. Breakfast was sufficient but could be better. I really liked the long breakfast hours 630-1100am. The pool was lovely. We stayed for four nights and not once did room service replenish the toiletries or tea bags / coffee pods, also I lost something which I kept in the bathrobe pockets as the staff replaced it with a new bathrobe without checking pocket content first.

Domt like the location of gym room and swim pool. When you go to gym room or swim pool you have you walk through the bar at 4th floor. it's really make me feel uncomfortable after using those facilities and then walk through bar and then back to lift lobby.

A portion of the hotel is under construction. But, it didn't bother me nor did it cause any disturbance during my stay. Stayed for 4 days. My room was recently renovated. Great location. Breakfast was good too.

The hotel front desk staff was courteous and fantastic. She wished me happy birthday although it was a day ago. When we returned to the room the 1st day, there was a chocolate cake with Happy Birthday on it. So thoughtful.
Breakfast was ala carte. So so. Coffee is diluted. :-(

Great stay for our wedding anniversary and wife's birthday. Grand Park Orchard staffs were superb. Kim, Azli, Ryan, Lovely and the rest were great. I will definitely recommend all to stay here for your staycation as it is in the heart of Orchard and all within walking distance. Also a cool pool.
