It’s a huge facility l, quiet area to relax in the middle of the city and the food is awesome

The reception took too long and we had an issue with our reservation where we book two rooms for a family of 4 and ended up on different floors

Although the design is spectacular, the hotel gives a soulless feeling, probably due to the huge open space created by the 4 floor high and 100m long "lobby". The hotel has a great infrastructure but is let down by numerous small but sometimes very irritating details by example the "muzak" constantly played in the central space and due to poor accoustic isolation, can be heard and even woke me up in the room. Further things like the idiotic light switches that only allow to switch on/of all lights (bathroom, room,..) at the same time. Or missing under-curtains, only full light blocking curtains leaving you the option to be in the dark or fully exposed to everybody looking in. Installing the rain shower head in the middle of the (deep) walk in shower instead of more at the end was also not the brightest idea. Now the bathroom is unavoidably all wet if you use the rain shower. Small observation: in Europe,I wouldn't even have noticed but now comparing with several other recent stays in the UAE, the personnel was very friendly but seemed simply not trained to recognize that little extra they can bring as they did in previous stays in other hotels. Last point and out of the control of the hotel: mainly during breakfast: lots of children running around, screaming, and making a mess without apparent reaction from parents.

I didnt get to make use of the hotel facilities as I wasnt staying long enough

absolutely everything! after spending 3 days there and meeting most of all the staff, we couldn’t fault anything. the entire experience was perfect and all of the staff was the most amazingly, friendly, informative and professional staff ever. Thank you so much Romalyn, Paulo, Prince, Gurpreet & Rita for taking the best care of us and making this our home away from home 🤍💯

The timing for sea swimming and beach start at 10am to 7pm, after that it’s not allowed even to walk at the beach! So what I suggest is the beach timing should be 24/7, I mean who doesn’t like to walk at the beach at early morning and enjoy the view and weather or practice sport? Furthermore, the sea spot that located in the front of “Private Villas” is not allowed to use for swimming! which we have to walk to the main sea spot that allowed for the swimming, which I see it’s a restriction and no privilege for people who stay at the “Private Villas”.
