Super friendly staff, great looking room!

My wife and I particularly liked the laminate flooring in place of carpet. There was a nice clean area rug, which can easily be cleaned. Carpet flooring is so much dirtier.

A hot tub would be nice, but not necessary.

Room is clean and nice. Pool area is pretty and clean. Lobby is nice.

Staff at front desk is not welcoming, no smiles. I had to change rooms bc my 1st room has a constant high pitched ringing. They sent maintenance. He was very nice but could not fix the issue. So I went to front desk to ask for a new room. Front desk man never apologized for inconvenience, never wished me a pleasant evening, would not smile. Instead he asked me questions and treated me like an inconvenience. He put my new key on the counter. Told me the floor of my room. And stared at me snarkily. I was waiting for any form of kindness. I stared at him for a moment. He stared back like I was a an inconvenience to him. He liked at me like a "mean girl". I said thank you. He said nothing. I walked away. So so so unfriendly!!! Made my entire stay bad. He could have handled it better and I would have felt good about my stay. Instead I wanted to go to a nice hotel.

It was beautiful and so clean. The staff were so kind. Especially Gabriel at the restaurant. We ate breakfast both days and he was consistently amazing!!!!

Everthing was great

Brand new hotel in excellent location within walking distance from downtown Abilene. Comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. Good bar with snacks downstairs.

A/c would not go below 68 room was hot and felt hotter than 68. Staff did not care about guest comfort.. just seamed like they were just trying to get through their shift and do as little as possible
