Way Easy

The house has a great location and was very clean. I am used to a VRBO providing coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and a sponge for the dishes. This property didn’t have any of that and so we had to go buy some. The pans are a little worn down and the TP was very thin. Just some small things I would change.

Everything goes smoothly at Sea Isle Village--from the parking, to the pool, to the laundry facility, to the units, everything is efficient and beautiful. Thank you!

Great stay! Walk way tot he beach is a big plus. Condo is cute, clean, quiet. Plenty of towels which is not always the case. Pool was clean and wonderful. We loved it!

This place was great, very clean and cozy, great location and really liked that they had some games and items for the pool. Will definitely plan to stay here again. We loved it!!

We LoVeD this location!! It was wonderful and great for our family. It was clean and accessible to the beach with a quick walk down a well maintained boardwalk! Highly recommend 😊

Our first time in Port A. Great condo in an older complex. Very clean, nice amenities. Beach toys, beach chairs, etc. Nice clean pool. A little walk to the beach, might be a little tougher on older people since they have to get over the dunes, but just as easy for them to drive around the block and get there by car. Loved our stay there. Loved Port Aransas.

Booked online, received an email confirmation from Paul, then got another email with all of the information I needed for my stay. Easy, simple, and stress free! 5 minute walk, tops, from door to beach. Condo kitchen was well stocked and there were extra chairs, boogie boards, and toys. Only negative in my opinion were the firm beds. I tossed and turned.

I've been going to Port A for over 20 years now, and this was a nice rental property. Very clean, had everything one could need, loved the drying hooks everywhere, cable and Netflix, beach toys and boogie boards in the closet, lots of towels, comfy beds. This complex has a super nice pool, and this rental has a great balcony overlooking the pool, which is lighted at night and makes for a nice evening of porch sitting!! Although we had little ones this trip and drove our ton of stuff to the beach, it's an easy walk over the dune, with a fresh water shower in a great location on the path. Thanks to the owner and management for another nice summer trip to the beach!

My family and I visited for about a week and were very happy with the condo. It is a little older but well taken care of and was very clean. I especially liked all the little conveniences that you don't think about but realize you need, like the hooks on the balcony to dry out our bathing suits at the end of the day, lots of videos and games and Netflix for downtime and plenty of towels. We brought our own beach toys and boogie boards but if we hadn't there were some there for us to use as well. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach but nothing too inconvenient and the beach was super fun for all of us. Nice size waves so the kids had lots of fun with the boogie boards. The pool was also fun and never too crowded, everyone was respectful and followed the curfew rules. As for Port Aransas in general it is a really fun little island with lots of different and interesting restaurants to try. We went to the park by the bay and saw dolphins swimming in the bay and it looked like there were some fun cruises but we were so busy playing on the beach that we didn't have a chance to take one. I would definitely recommend this condo, it was a great location and perfect for our vacation. The owner was very quick to reply to any questions I had and provided everything we needed.

My family and I had a wonderful time. The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked, as shown in te pictures, and a great home base for our family. We were delighted by the direct access to the beach, and used the many body boards,water toys and beach chairs daily. We loved the ferry ride and bottlenosed dolphins alongside the ferry on each trip. For day trips, we went to the USS Lexington, Corpus Aquarium, and the Aransas Wildlife Refuge. We also tried out pier fishing at Red Dot, who outfitted us with poles, tackle and bait.

My friends and i just left this place and I have to say it was beyond what we were expecting! was super clean when we got in and it was very well stocked easy access to the beach and the management at the complex was beyond nice and helpful! will Defiantly try to get this place again next year! Paul and his wife are beyond nice! thank y'all

My family and I have stayed at Sea Isle ( any many other places in Port Aransas) for the past 25 years and I must say that my stay here has been the best. The condo was neat and clean and was fully stocked with everything we could possibly have needed! Games, a Wii, boogy boards, chairs and even sand toys!!! The maintenance man personally came by to greet us and offer any assistance should we need it. The owner was so helpful as well. I could not be any more pleased... my family will make this condo our regular destination in Port A from now on!!!!

we had a wonderful time in port aransas! the condo was very homey and comfortable for the most part. unfortunately, the bedroom with one bed stayed relatively warm.. the other room was freezing which i liked...other than that it was a super stay with my girls and honey, had a blast in the pool too. would definitely recommend it

Our trip to Port A was great. The condo was well stocked for cooking and looked just as nice as all the pictures showed. Beach access was nice as well as the showers to wash sand off when heading back to the condo. We would highly recommend staying here, and will likely stay again sometime ourselves.

Great condo with a great location to the beach and to town! Just a quick walk over the dunes to the beach! Large and roomy unit with everything we needed. The unit was very clean and exactly as described. We enjoyed the lots of extras in the condo like the wii, dvd collection, sand toys, beach chairs, and boogie boards. Will definitely stay again!
