The location and the overall experience was just over the top. I had travelled with my family as my son was attending a concert at Yas Drive. It was a walking distance and the room, facility was just amazing. We would be booking the same the next time we are in that area and would hight recommend for families planning to visit the theme parks nearby.

I liked everything about this place! From the amazing views to the comfy beds and every luxury amenity in between. I felt at ease and comfort within a matter of minutes of settling in and it was a really hard goodbye as I immensely enjoyed my stay here.

Honestly, there was nothing I did not like! I could not have asked for a better place to stay and I have absolutely no regrets booking this amazing place!

I loved the modern design and comfortable layout of the 1-bedroom apartment. It was well-equipped with all the amenities I needed, making it feel like home. The location on Yas Island was fantastic, with easy access to attractions like Yas Mall and Ferrari World. The apartment was quiet and perfect for unwinding after a busy day of exploring

Прохладно в течение дня даже без включенного кондиционера. Самолеты летали прямо над зданием, нас это не напрягало, а наоборот

1. На сайте не было указано точное местоположение. Для нас это было важно, потому что бронировали несколько апартаментов с друзьями и хотели проживать рядом. Думаю, что будет правильно указать на booking.com точный адрес, а не только название острова. 2. В описании указано, что жилье предполагает проживание 3 человек, и 3 спальных места. В бронировании указали, что будем втроем. Однако постельного белья для 3 спального места не было. Дважды просил представить, в итоге представили только на 3 день и только одну простыню. 4. Нет понимания относительно точного времени выезда. На booking.com указано что с 11 до 12, но во всех извещениях, направляемых местом проживания указано, что с 11. 5. Нет возможности оставить багаж на хранение, после выезда. Несмотря на то, что заезд происходит в 16-00, нам отказали в хранении чемоданов до 14-00, несмотря на то, что апартаменты на следующий день были свободны. 6. Сушилка для белья требует ремонта. 7. Большая щель в диване в разобранном виде, спать неудобно. 8. Переходник для розетки нужно помыть (фото прилагаю)

After travelling a while, the luxury of an apartment with a laundry and more homely feel was the perfect option. The apartment was great, and communication from the property managers was also good. Well situated if you’re visiting the main attractions at Yas Island.

If you plan to sleep at night, carefully consider this. The bed is like a literal slab of concrete. Extremely uncomfortable. But if you’re mad for a firm bed, this place is for you!

Ran out of toilet paper and there was no more :( No washing up implement , sponge or dish brush in the kitchen .
