The location was incredible. Ocean, shopping and entertainment was very convenient to the house. My concern was the amount of dust that was stuck to the air vents.

Filthy house no clean linens rotting food on both sides of the sink. Diarrhea on the master bath toilet. Still waiting for this to be made right, next step is to post my experience at this home so that no one else will experience what I did.

Good - less than 10 minute walk from the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Beach towels, chairs, and umbrella to bring to the beach. Bad - Very disappointed in the quality of cleanliness at this stay. When we arrived, the drinking glasses and mugs were greasy. No kitchen towels or cleaning products aside from soap available to tidy up in the kitchen. The inside of the oven was coated with some sort of grease and became smoky when we tried baking food. We were unable to bake anything and had to air out the house due to the smoke. In the master bedroom there were beer caps by the couch on the floor. In both bathrooms, the shower curtain is pink/moldy. The drainage in both showers is poor, we stood in ankle deep water in the bathtub by the time we were done with a shower. In the guest bathroom- the handle for water in the shower broke and we were unable to turn off the water. We had to stay until maintenance could come fix it. The guest bathroom had used floss and some sort of pad left inside the garbage can. The toilet bowl had fecal matter splattered all over that had not been cleaned. Pillows in the master bedroom had stains/did not look like they had been washed. The TV remotes feel sticky/greasy, as well as the handle to the refrigerator. There was a dirty towel outside on the plastic box near the shed. On the last day we saw cockroaches in the kitchen.

Property is conveniently located a few blocks from the beach and from Atlantic Avenue. All restaurants and amenities are within easy walking distance, and there is plenty of parking as well. The place is exactly as shown in the photos and was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Tthe home is comfortable and clean. It’s a quiet friendly neighborhood, an easy walk down to the beach, and a nice walk over to the Pompano Beach pier, restaurants, and shopping. Overall a great stay!!

Clean property easy access

Overall the property was amazing! Very comfortable and had all the amenities you might want, except for a grill. The back yard was truly stunning! Mature 30’ tropical plants surrounded the yard and made it a private oasis. Also just a couple blocks from a great beach. The place hadn’t been cleaned too well from the last guest, but the manager responded to my needs and also gave me a cleaning credit.
