The location and the charm of the apartment made us feel on holiday extremely quickly. Very comfortable bed. Street parking always available somewhere.

The bedroom was not dark enough. Sleeping with eye-shades recommended. No pegs to hang up the laundry, so BYO.

Wifi didn't work

Hi, I liked the proximity of the estuary and water in general, I have been coming to Brighton for few years now but I had to stay away due to the lack of decent accommodation

I would have given 5 stars as the welcome brochure said, but only 4 as there is few things that need to be fixed : The heater in the bathroom is not working, the ranch sliders glass would need to clean, I understand it is near the sea still look like the have never been cleaned : The wifi did not work at all: the kitchen sink faucet spigot was pulled out and was on the bench, I put it back, but maybe a note to explain not pull at it! To make it 5 stars a water filter would be great as the water tastes bad!

It was clean, close to the beach & supermarket - had a glimpse of the New Brighton pier. Well organised with everything I needed.

Well appointed, fantastic new apartment! LOVED the Japanese style toilet! We loved this touch! Quick walk to the beach, supermarket, pier & hot pools. Stay here! Only thing is if you are no good with stairs the bathroom and bedroom is upstairs. Highly recommend!

Nothing about the property, our best stay in New Zealand. The New Brighton Shops district is a little run down, lots of graffiti etc.
