Despite the hallways being out dated (rug), The apartment was exactly as pictured. The place was newly renovated and all the appliances and furniture was new. The glass door to the back deck was a full slide open door which gave us the ability to feel like we were sleeping on the beach. The views of the beach were also breathtaking. The keys were at the desk which made our late arrival very easy. The parking space for our rental care was also a must as parking was very hard to come by without it. The staff at green island realty delivered exactly what was promised. Our trip to puerto rico was significantly better staying in this room. If we decide in the future to come back to puerto rico we will definitely be staying here again.

Back to stay at this condo again, it was so perfect last time, we couldn't wait to stay again. This condo has all the comforts of home and is absolutely stunning. Plenty of room for 6 or 8 people to stay with three bedrooms and 4 beds. I've stayed in many condos in Puerto Rico and have been disappointed on numerous occasions, but not with this unit. It is perfect. It could be listed as a honeymoon suite or executive condo, it is that nice. Fantastic views, a very large deck to watch the beach and listen to the ocean (which is a stone throw away). The furniture is all brand new and the beds are extremely comfortable. Brand new washer and dryer, I would never rent a condo without a washer and dryer. It makes all the difference when you can do a load of laundry any time and even fly home with clean clothes in your suitcase! Who wants to spend their vacation in a dirty public laundry room! We don't. The convenience of being able to pick the keys up at the front desk any hour of the day is great. Our flight is always late at night and there is never an issue, unlike some of the other vacation rentals. Unfortunately it was booked for the weekend and we could only stay for four days this time. I do notice that this condo books fast and is even booked a couple months next year already. We are going to plan ahead and save a spot for our next trip here. I really cant say enough about it. Puerto Rico itself is so much fun and so much to see. The whole island is special once you start to explore. And so much cheaper than flying to Hawaii. We even hop to nearby islands like Dominican Republic for a day trip while we were here. The last thing you want to find is a bad place to be staying once you take your vacation, so I would highly recommend this condo! We will be back!

The condo is newly renovated and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Everything is brand new. Stayed for 5 days with a group of 6 and there was plenty of space for everyone comfortably. The view is spectacular, and you're literally steps from the beach. Good location in the heart of Isla Verde, close to everything the area has to offer and a short ride from the airport. The pool in this complex is nothing special, but the beach is great. No problems with the rental company and key pickup was easy at the front desk. Highly recommended.
