The property was lovely, well cared for and lots of light. Parking is a little tight, but completely doable for two vehicles. Unfortunately the weather was blustery so we didn't enjoy much time outside, but the location was easy to get around from. We recommend it with no reservations!

Rachel’s house is lovely and charming! Very tidy! Our teen girls thought they were the bees knees with the spa bathroom on the 2nd floor! Thank you for the hospitality!

The location is perfect for our getaway. The view of the harbor, beautiful. The house is quaint and roomy. Very true to the environment. Beds are comfortable, sheets were soft,. We had every convenience available at the house. Even the washer and dryer. Couldn’t have been better! Thank you to our host, providing every comfort. Would definitely come back, and absolutely recommend!

Nice place to stay and relax for a few days. Shopping and walking around the area is nice too. It is close to town with many restaurants.

I can’t say enough positive things about our stay on the harbor. The house is just as advertised, convenient parking, very friendly neighbors and a beautiful place to wake up each morning. Rachel is a great host and very communicative. We will be booking a return stay! Travel tip: it’s a great spot to stay if you’re looking to train into Salem and avoid the crowds. Wonderful downtown shopping and dining too!

We have been going to Gloucester each Fall for a few years and have always talked about finding a place that we could stay on the harbor. You know, just like we actually did what we always talk about and moved there! But there never seems to be anything right on the harbor, until now! An absolutely lovely place that has a glorious view of the Gloucester Harbor from just about every window. I think the place has just been completely done as everything is new and very tidy. Very high end fixtures and counters in the bathrooms and the kitchen. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. The neighborhood is very quiet and very residential so you can leave your windows open at night if you desire. The layout was just about perfect and the living room is even inviting with comfortable places to sit. We have found this to be a rarity in most of the places we stay. Comfortable furniture generally does not seem to be a priority. It is here. We walked "uptown" every night of our stay to check out the great seafood restaurants in the main part of the harbor. Nice private parking right at the front door. All in all a 5 star stay in an area that is really hard to find anywhere to stay. We will be back!

The place was amazingly beautiful. Very updated, spacious bedrooms, beautiful views of the harbor. The backyard is its own little oasis and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Everything was extremely top notch, with windows everywhere. Would definitely like to come back and stay again!

This last minute booking for us was wonderful suprise! The property sleeps 8 plus but there were only two of us. It was very clean, had plenty of space, and thoughtfully presented . Kitchens and bathrooms were very equipped with all one might need, living room area had plenty of pillows, blankets, games, puzzles etc etc. The weather did not allow us to use any beach things, but they were available. The property description was exactly as stated and we would not hesitate to stay here again! Communication with host was very prompt and helpful. Great for families as there was a lot of room and personal space. My own concern was the lack of shades in the kitchen area. There were shades in all other areas of the home. Again, so nice to have a great place to stay in the area.
