asıl tuttugum oda çok ağir bir nem kokusu olduğundan daha kücük tek yataklı 2 kişilik odaya geçtik fakat saç kurutma makinesi yok, sabun vs yok, klima kumandası yoktu zor elde ettik, tv çalışmıyor ve onarım isteyince bozuk dediler. kolidor işıkları korku filmlerindekiler gibiydi.sürekli yanıp sönüyordu daha küçük yani daha ucuz odaya gecince nakit olarak ödediğim ücrette iade istedim yapmadılar, kurumsallıktan uzak vasat bir otel..

The location

The room was not comfortable, there was no air conditioning at the living room.. only at the bedrooms and it was not that good.. the room was smelling bad as it was a smoking room. Good that we needed to stay only for one night. We also got a parking ticket for parking at the wrong place, we were asking the reception desk and he said it was okay to park there!!!! Too bad I didn’t get any pictures..

The fact that the apartment is very clean and well arranged

I cannot fault the location. Within a 5 minute walk of Büyük Han, the hotel is in a perfect place to see the main attractions in Lefkoşa. There was free parking in the streets surrounding the hotel. The price point is very reasonable (€51) and if the room had been better, we may well have stayed longer.

Oh dear. There are some issues with hotels that are subjective, but I certainly believe the issues we had at Nagaş hotel were issues we'd complain about in any hotel, regardless of the star rating or price point. Here goes: 1. There were hairs (not ours) in the sink and toilet 2. A half eaten takeaway container in the fridge 3. Only 1 pillow had a pillowcase 4. The toilet seat was not fixed and as such came off repeatedly 5. The hotel staff and a dog were keeping us up at 2300 6. There were exposed electrical fixings, in reach of my 2-year-old. I fully appreciate that I could've asked for a different room or given the staff a chance to rectify theses issues. However, staff went into the room before we entered, and they verified that it was fine for us to use. This did not give us confidence that they knew what a good room looked like.

We were in Nicosia for consulate stuff and the hotel is located really close to several of them. The staff were really kind and helped us a lot with any questions and needs we had. It was a great deal for us and we would come back.
