Petit dej bon et varié (sauf les jus de fruit), bel hôtel propre personnel professionnel. Le spa et piscine intérieure bien équipé et propre avec un staff très pro. Restaurant de l'hôtel bon et pas très cher (env 30€ pour 2 adultes)

Le ménage de la chambre pas toujours bien réalisé. Les produits d'entretien de la piscine intérieure nous ont rendu malade le dernier jour (chlore : yeux qui pique, toux, nez qui coule durant 24h...)

The food, staff, location

Just minor details, rooms should have more mirrors, quilt for beds, bins, a wardrobe for the family room, shower at the ceiling wasn't working.

We were, in presidential suit, but it is not our standard, so I could not compare it with the standard room.

It could have more protection from mosquitos and flies

I don't know where to start. My whole experience in this hotel was all round positive. when I got to the hotel. I was greeted with a smile and the receptionist booked us in nice and quickly. we wen to our room which was lovely and clean. We had a room at the end of the corridor which had 2 balconies with 2 slightly different views. one being a direct sea view over the beach. -Overall the staff was extremely lovely and helpful. Most spoke English and those that didn't would use google translate to assist you which I thought was quite nice. I felt that staff went out their way to make sure they could accommodate you with what you needed and maintained a professional attituded and all times. -The spa which I thought was very cute. Over all the spa area is quite small but does come with large pool, jacuzzi, a sauna, a hammam and a quiet room area. This was very clean and they supply robes and disposable slippers. -The restaurant food was great. portion sizes for lunch and dinner was different I do think they should say but regardless food was lovely and the prices are very good Raul who was one of the receptionist, we saw him most of our stay. He seemed like he was there all the time which was great. He helped give recommendations on where we should go and how much it should cost. then got me and my friend a cab who was also again was very nice did not try to over charge us and made sure we could get back to the hotel buy arranging a time to pick us up. ( do believe the cab is somehow connected to the hotel) Raul was always there with a smile on his face and ready to has a little laugh. I was very happy with his service. Enio and Elao who was worked on the front lobby and also did the shisha was extremely helpful and didn't complain when I wanted more sugar in my mojito. once I told them that one time how I like my drinks. They came out perfect every single time. I found the very helpful at letting me know what was available and very professional.

I found the breakfast was cold but therr was a good variety if you can handle cold beans and omlette. i had croissants a fruit for breakfast

the view was great

unfortunately there have been two big parties in four days (the first one until 3 and the second until 5 o clock in the morning…). restaurant was closed because of the wedding. parking space was totally crowed and our car was fully parked for 1,5 days and we couldn’t leave. no communication from the hotel staff or anybody. worst experience I have ever had.
