Everything was good. But they have check in from 3pm.
They must change info in the description.
I had to wait 1 hour.

The room was OK basic . It was extremely hot in the room .
The place is a little out of town .
But it was difficult to get somewhere to stay because of Taylor Swift concert
A bit expensive for the kind of property it was

This is a good hotel and the staff is very nice. Be warned however that its not in a great location - other than the large park, there's not much within walking distance. Plan to use Vienna's fantastic public transport system if you stay here.

Our room was on ground floor and the widow opens right out to the street. We could not have the widow open, so it got really hot.
Make sure you get a room with a widow facing away from the street.

A tram to a nearby metro station and a mall stops in front of the hotel.
Con:
You have to pay 25 euro if checking-in before 3pm.
The tiny elevator sometimes gets stuck.

Very noisy, don’t accept a room on the road. Probably the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, harrow, thin mattress, lumpy base. A bit like a hostel

The staff was very helpful. The hotel was clean but a little old. Near public transportation and nice areas. There is a river at walking distance with a lot of activities.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the staff was nice. It ia perfect for a transit stay (max 3 nights). It's in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the mall and metro.
Pros: breakfast, staff, quiet and nice area
Cons: very basic room accesories (no fridge, no slippers, just 8-10 TV channels, rooms are very small)

The hotel parking was full. I had to find my own parking. The hotel is good enough for one night before you fly out of Vienna but be aware, it is nowhere close to the o the airport.

Always stay in this hotel when in Vienna.
I consider it my home while there. Close
to family members,shopping, subway.
Do not like that glassed in smoking area is gone. I saw one at the airport why can it not
be available at the hotel.

The location was good. It was close enough to walk to the u bahn and there was a good connection to a bus to the airport.

This is a beautiful property to stay with good rooms and staffs. The rooms were very clean and tidy. Location is a bit far from the centre but the place is well connected with underground and buses.

I am a frequent customer of the hotel. It makes me feel at home especially that they give me rooms overlooking the river and I like that sometimes they surprise me with free upgrade. The staff are so nice and always do their best to meet my requests so even if they could not always fulfill, they still make me feel welcome.. They are professional and friendly..

I had to walk a little from the subway station, but I felt comfortable because there were McDonald's and supermarkets right in front of the hotel.

The shower pressure was a little dodgy. The breakfast, at 7EUR was sufficiently poor that I only had it on one morning. I found I could get better quality at a similar price from any number of bakeries in the city centre.

the hotel is ok, average, however, no communication with their servicing partners, in this case Expedia.

The hotel room was spacious and well as the bathroom, and was clean and well kept. Bed and pillows was comfortable. Staff was friendly and help with information and direction. There was one guy who was very helpful and who name I did not get. He was a young guy with dark (black) hair pull back into a bun and beard. Overall I would stay at Lenas Donau and would recommend to a friend.

Convenient location for auto traveller. This is my second stop in this hotel.

This was a nice hotel for the price - don't expect something exceptional, but for the price it was pretty good. Close to city center so very convenient and much cheaper than other hotels. Staff was friendly and helpful, water pressure was pretty good, and also had blow dryer. For the shampoo /body wash they just had one dispenser, so what you use for shampoo will also be the same used for body, which was fine for me. Bathroom was also big, which was a plus.
