The garden and pool were so well maintained and beautifully appointed

The garden and swimming pool are magical! The atmosphere in the garden is so serene. Rooms are simple but big and clean. Nice place to stay in Negombo before or after your flight

Bathroom was not so clean, lots of hairs in the drainage that weren’t ours.

We arrived at the hotel after midnight due to a late flight- the owner was easy to contact and made sure we got in safely, even speaking to our taxi driver to help him locate the property. The room was clean and had everything we needed, wifi is good and the AC is great! The pool area is beautiful, we have been in Sri Lanka for 2 weeks and this is still the best pool we have come across. The owner wants to help and make your stay enjoyable, he even came out and put the net up in the pool so we could play volleyball! He gave us advice on trains for the next leg of our trip and helped us to look up timings. The breakfast is delicious! A good variety of food- the only added bonus would be tea and coffee facilities but that’s all. The location is in a nice quiet area and it was easy enough to arrange tuk tuks to the busier streets and beach.

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré . ( oeufs frit cuit à l avance donc froid , toast pas grillé, pas de beurre..)

Beautiful property, very clean and quiet! The use of the bikes was an added bonus and the owner was very helpful from the minute we landed.

The place exceeded our expectations, looking even better than in the pictures! It's incredibly private, featuring an amazing, spacious pool, a beautiful garden area with abundant flowers, birds, fish, and even a rabbit. The owners are exceptionally friendly, caring, and helpful. They ensured our well-being, attended to our needs, and assisted with bookings, even providing airport care. The rooms are well-maintained, offering clean spaces with comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning.
