Our stay began with a friendly and attentive receptionist. She was helpful in sharing local insights. The room was spacious and very well taken care of. Could have been renovated or new construction recently, which was pleasing . Had all of tbe amenities needed for our stay. Quiet atmisphere. Close to shopping outlets. Will definitely stay again.

It was good

I like the kitchen. It is clean and has al of the necessary appliances. The mattress is also very comfortable.

Although this property is secluded it was a decent stay. It’s a newer property and hope that it can stay in good shape in the years to come. More outdoor seating would be nice. Too bad they did not add a pool. The keurig at front desk is handy and appreciate. The staff were nice.

Great say- staff was very nice! Check in process was easy especially with a late arrival.

You can hear the highway. It is not a huge deal & I would not let this deter a stay there. The staff are the hardest working staff I have seen in a long while. If you need anything they stop what they are doing to help. Seriously, they are lovely!!!

The suite was very clean, spacious, the staff was very nice and helpful. Most importantly, it was quiet. My stay was during the week.

You need to place chairs in the laundry room, at least make the beds and empty the trash in the apartment.Everything else was okay. The staff were responsive to guests requests and very friendly.

Didn't like the traffic noise, especially at night.

The Stay apt was wonderful. For the except not having a pull out couch in the rooms as advertised in the amenities. That something that need to be addressed. Outside of this it was good. It would really be a plus if they added a pool.

The property was fabulous. Even though close to highway heard absolutely nothing. These mini apartments are homey and very clean and spacious. If I had stayed longer would have had the opportunity to cook. Perfect establishment to stay at if here for more than a few days. The only thing I did not like was Expedia failed to advise there was a $250.00 incidentals hold so that was quite a surprise when checking in.

It was fine. A bit loud since you could hear the people above. Great value.

The floors were really dirty. My shoes were sticking to the floor in the kitchen and the carpet smells terrible (when I sat on the floor with my little dog). The grassy spots for your pet is scarce. We did like having a kitchen & laundry

The property is brand new, you could still smell the paint! The suite itself was gorgeous, more than I expected. However, our stay had a lot of obnoxious other tenants. I was woke up each night around 3-5am with the screaming and paper walls. It was disappointing because the room and location were great. Don’t recommend for families.

The amenities was very nice . The staff was very nice and accommodating as well.

The room was large & clean. I liked the full kitchen & separate lounging area. The courtyard was also a plus.

Bathroom door was cut too small on the side and would not close tightly or lock. Could hear people walking around in the floor over us very late and early morning.

All the ladies at the front desk are wonderful and accommodating. Elevator has a signature smell. Rooms are large really feels like a apartment.

Staff is really nice! The room was nice, but the beds were low to the ground and not the most comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay

Our room was very clean. There was an issue with the plumbing being repaired which rendered us without hot water for a bit but other than that it was a nice stay. The outside courtyard was great. Access to fresh coffee 24/7 was awesome too.

This is a nice place to stay! The staff was very accommodating to request. There is lots of options to eat around the area, and it’s fairly secluded near lots of other hotels. it’s easy to find right off the highway A good central location if you are vacationing in Charleston. Having access to a full kitchen helps save money on eating out. I would recommend if your trip is 3 days

I was so prepared to give this place a high rating. I went against my better judgement and selected this obvious motel due to the fact that it appears to be brand new construction for a low price. You get what you pay for. While everything appeared and smelled cleann upon arrival, things took a turn on this, my second (and last) night. Unfortunately, I'm writing this post at 130 AM after being awoken by itching sensation. I go look and sure enough there are four welt-like bites in a line from my collar bone to my shoulder, which is typical of bed bugs. This is especially frustrating after calling the hotel emergency line to report this issue and to request a new room, and being told that there were no staff on site to accommodate my request!! Luckily I'd booked through a third party, who promptly not only refunded my stay and credited my rewards account. If mgmt sees this review, don't bother asking me to email you with details about the matter. I know you have ways of identifying my reservation and verifying the validity of this review. I would expect you to use your resources and address the matter professionally but somehow i know you wont.

I only stayed one night, we had a dirty flloor, broken bathroom towel hook and got flea bites to each of our party. When I went to checkout early before 11;00am the attendant was gone, sign up she was out helping other customers, so we had to wait a bit, but checked out , She said she could not give me a refund for the second night because I prepaid through expedia, I told her it was Hotels.com I used. She said I would need to contact Hotels.com then.

This is a brand new property. The rooms are very spacious. I enjoyed cooking on the outside grill in the court yard
