Excellent location for access to Holbeck. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathrooms were clean and all functional. Staff were polite and welcoming. Not quite a hotel, not quite a B&B - think a student flat and you're not far off, but this was exactly what we needed. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay again.

This is clearly a place for prostitution I chose to get a taxi back to Liverpool from Leeds rather than stay here I then got a taxi all the way back to Leeds the next day for my car I paid £80 for the night and spend £200 on taxis just so I didn’t have to stay there absolutely disgusting prostitutes outside the windows are all boarded up with wood there’s a door In a stinky alleyway with a code to get in this is a horrible place for trampy prostitutes

Really good place to get your head down after a long day in Leeds really gave of good vibes too a really enjoyed staying

Very comfy beds and pillows, little outside noise when sleeping, excellent shower, cute communal areas, extension for multiple plugs, towels provided

Bit of a walk to the centre of Leeds but straightforward, difficult to find first time due to no signage but fine afterwards

Mention of no towels would have been useful, just as well we had spare from our student daughter's stash....otherwise brilliant. The area, though, leaves a lot to be desired.
