Location was ideal

This place for a couple of nights would be fine - for a week the shortcomings were annoying. The sink in the bathroom took an eternity to empty, only one light above the cooker functioned, the sink in the kitchen had a plug but couldn't retain water because there was no washer to act as a stopper. Above the electrical socket (window side) in the bedroom the plaster was missing and a gap was obvious - socket moved when a plug was introduced. There was no instructions as to what to do with kitchen debris - this info arrived too late to keep items apart. No info. about where the bin was located until the last minute - after all the garbage had been collected in one bag. The tv remote was next to useless - needs a replacement? All these things should be obvious to the housekeeping staff?

Location was great and the size of the apartment was lovely.

The apartment appeared to have limited soundproofing with the noise of doors banging / hen parties etc being really clear from the bedroom. I understand it’s a city venue but the noise on the 1st night was extremely loud especially as there was a hen group that was split over a couple of apartments so they were going between the two which were on different levels. There was an issue with the master bedroom on the 1st night but this was quickly resolved on the 2nd morning.

Clean and spacious.

There were no negatives to our stay.
