This beach condo exceeded all of our expectations! Location and views of the beach were perfect. Walking distance to many local restaurants. On-site parking. Pool. Beach access. Etc. Overnight/early morning on 6/16/23 a sea turtle laid eggs on the beach about 100' West of the condo. Perfect view from the 15th floor spacious deck. We watched as the local volunteer crew dug around and verified the clutch of eggs and then carefully covered them back up, pounded in wood stakes/barrier ribbon and smoothed out the sand to help keep track of things. SO FUN. What a great weekend. Bonnie was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions during check-in! We hope to be able to come down again in the future. The condo had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. THANK YOU!!!!

We loved this condo! Suitable parking, fast elevators and convenient to restaurants. Condo was very nice, clean and had a beautiful view along with a spacious balcony. The condo had everything stocked that we could possibly need and the A/C worked great! We would love to stay again!

Would recommend this place to anyone. Nothing better than the sound of the ocean.

Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom condo on the 15th floor of a well maintained building. It’s in a great walkable location and the pictures don’t do it justice. Loved the oversized deck and views of the Gulf, big tv’s and comfortable furniture. Bonnie was very responsive with any questions we had so do yourself a favor and book now. We’ll be back!

Great condo! View is fabulous! Furniture and bed were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. It had everything we needed for a great stay. Had a few questions during our stay and they responded to our texts promptly and were very helpful in answering our questions.

We recently stayed at Bonnie's property at 1502 San Carlos for two weeks. Upon entering her property we were impressed with unique design to capture the true "beach vibe." This property was exceptionally clear and well-stocked with all essentials - including some bonus surprises! This was our 4th San Carlos spring break and by far exceeded our expectations. Bonnie was also easy to contact and receptive to our questions. One more thing.... the service at this property went above and beyond on our stay. I must have dropped my wallet when unloading my vehicle on Saturday. I didn't realize this until I received a phone call on Monday from a recent Hilton property I attended. My wallet did not have my ID in it so the condo manager took the time to do some detective work based on hotel keys in my wallet. He had been holding my wallet for two days thinking I would stop down. After I received the call from the Hilton, I finally realized my wallet was gone. I called Dan at the front desk on the 3rd floor and he told me stop down. When I picked up the wallet, Dan was so gracious. I offered a tip which he declined but said he would pass it on to the security guard who had found my wallet in the parking garage. This act literally saved me from what could have been a nightmare - but also reinforced my belief in the good of people. Highly HIGHLY recommend San Carlos and this particular condo was A+++ Thank you Bonnie and San Carlos!!

We love everything about this condo. We are repeat visitors and it always feels like "coming home" when we visit. Everything you would want for convenience and comfort is provided, and the large, private balcony is furnished to perfection. The view is the best on the gulf coast!

The pictures didn’t do this space justice. The decor very was pleasing. Especially enjoyed the nice balcony furniture, as that was where we spent the majority of our time.

This was the perfect rental for my family! We got married at Gulf State Park during our stay and the location of the condo was perfect! 10 minutes to the state park but within walking distance of all sorts of food and entertainment! The room itself was very spacious and clean and we were very impressed when we first walked in! It’s hard to beat that view from the balcony!

The property was clean and great location right in the beach. It was our first time visiting the Gulf Shores and it didn’t disappoint. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Great location in walking distance to The Hangout. We were in town for the music festival. There was a slight hiccup when we first checked in with the parking pass, but Bonnie was very quick in responding and fixing our issue. I would recommend this property.

The condo was beautiful. Whomever decorated this condo, did an awesome job. Every amenity you needed, was provided. The owner texted me to see if we needed anything, which I thought was very thoughtful. I will definitely visit this condo in the future.

Very easy process renting

Bonnie was an attentive host. I asked ahead of time if there were adequate hangers and if there was a coffee grinder in the condo. She ordered a new coffee maker with a grinder for us and a new box of hangers were there when we arrived. The pluses include a well stocked kitchen and great patio with quality furniture. Great location and perfect for two couples. The only huge bummer is the pool was not accessible due to repairs two of the three weeks we stayed. It was out of Bonnie’s control but she did refund our last night stay because of this.

This condo was perfect!! Right on the beach and decorated beautifully! We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and watching the waves!! Best place we've stayed at in Gulf Shores!!

This is the 2nd condo at San Carlos we have stayed at Spring Break and it was the best. Private owners add a personal touch with the extras!!! Stay here and you won’t be disappointed!!!

OH. MY. G! This place was just what the doctor ordered! Comfy beds, giant TVs, beautiful view…does it get better? Yes, yes it does! Y’all, there is an ICE MAKER! Talk about a beach-goers dream! Packed a cooler and sat on the beach for hours! This place was perfect for us! We had friends who were staying in the same building and they were jealous of our well stocked condo! Everything you could need is there and nothing is done halfway! 10/10!!

This is a great condo situated near all the hot spots. Walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. We had 2 couples and it was perfect for us since it has 2 king beds!!
