We arrived late from traveling and someone was still in at the front desk which was great. However, once we entered the room we found many dead and alive bugs. Beetles, spiders, etc in the bathroom and other areas in our room. This wasn't what I expected from a Holiday Inn.

Clean. Staff does an excellent job

I had a lovely stay. My only wish is that the A/C worked better in the room. The unit would not cool the room further than 74*. To me, it was a bit too warm during the day.

My favorite place to stay when I’m visiting family in Little Rock AR. Great bar and music entertainment on the weekends.

Brand new, very clean, comfortable beds and easy check in process.

It was a nice room but it had a bad smell.

Such an awful stay. We usually do some disinfecting dornour peace of mind, however this room wasnt clean and needed a heavy duty cleaning. There was a pizza in the fridge that was left from a prior guest, the tub was dirty including actual dirt and hair. When we notified the desk, they were flippant and said they had been having issues with housekeeping as if their lack of surprise was suppose to be comforting. We spoke with the front desk on the way out and they could not offer anything other than a sad face because we booked through a third party. This is a new property. It ought not be this bad so soon.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean.

Over all it wasnt really bad. However it smelled like natural gas the entire time we were there. Second they actually ran out of breakfast in the morning long before breakfast time was up.

This is a great location. Everything about the room was excellent with one thing lacking. There was no shampoo or body wash in the shower dispensers. Breakfast was quite tasty! Somebody knows how to make sausage gravy!

Nice property, would stay again

The only reason that I stay @ Holiday Inn Express over the like competitors is the Biscuit & Gravy breakfast. Learned that this particular location alternates breakfast options and did not serve it on my stay.

The room was clean the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was big and the walk-in shower was also big. It was a great stay.

This was a great location to restaurants, freeway and entertainment for my 4 night stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful

I saw what others has said about the property and that is how I decided to stay there.

The hotel was very clean. It is a newer building, so there is no wear and tear inside the hotel rooms. Beds were comfortable (always a plus!!)

Highly recommends! Check in was very easy and staff was amazing! I can't say enough about how clean the entire property is! I travel alot and had a bad experience at a hotel the night before i stayed at this location, and the Holiday Inn exceeded my expectations!

I enjoyed my stay and I felt safe. Everything was nice and clean. All staff members were nice and helpful. And, the food was good.

Bedding was dirty. When asked for new bedding we were told we could get new bedding but that we’d have to make our own beds. Headboard was nasty. Toilet kept clogging.

All good except body wash and conditioner were empty. My husband had to use my girlie soaps!

Everything was exceptional; brand new hotel. I only gave a four star on service because I told the cleaning lady that we didn’t need our room cleaned each day during our stay. If she could just take our dirty towels and put clean ones in its place we would be happy. But I don’t think she understood , because she said ok and never took or gave towels. It wasn’t that big of a deal , we just reused the towels for one extra day.

It was a quick overnight stay. I was very pleased with this hotel, it was very clean and neat and I had a pleasant stay.

Nice new hotel and up to Holiday Inn standards.

we had to be moved to another room after we got there. We had already unpacked and showered. Pulled back the covers and there was a HUGE stain that appeared to be urine/feces on the sheet/it was dry. I was disappointed in this b/c this is nasty. They took care of us quickly and got another room. We had to pack everything back up and move to another room.
