Great location, lovely property, comfortable bed and great shower. Vanessa from Stay Mackenzie provided an excellent service and nothing was too much trouble.

A few finishing touches would make this a 10/10 property! Great wardrobe space but no coat hangers, limited tea and coffee and no milk provided. Cleaning items would encourage people to clean up behind themselves and perhaps a few staple items would be appreciated. Just a thought!

A wonderful large property with a lot of space to move around. The living spaces were well furnished and comfortable, and there was a large kitchen and dining room. The bedrooms were all a good size, and the bathrooms were well set out and very clean. The laundry was very large and well equipped.

The bedrooms would have benefitted from the addition of bedside tables. The linen looked tired and worn out which was a negative, especially in such a lovely looking property. The house was let down by the lack of common extras such as a box of tissues, and perhaps a small container of milk to enable visitors to at least get settled in. Coasters also would be useful to protect the table.

Very good location and some what decent view of the snow on the mountains.

Limited tea/coffee and cooking stuff. Asked about the wood fire which said in the manual could be used, but was not allowed to when asking the landlord. It would have been fine if it didn’t say in the manual since we wanted more heating in the house since it was almost snowing for our trip.
