Très bon emplacement

Très bruyant très mal isolé, on fait que entendre les voisins du dessus , ainsi que toutes les évacuations douche et toilettes des habitants du dessus

Appartement très spacieux, propre, bien décoré, avec un parking à proximité, ce qui est très pratique lorsqu’on arrive en voiture. Merci pour toutes les informations précises accompagnée de photos. Nous avons tout trouvé seuls sans problème grâce à votre précieux message de bienvenue contenant tous les codes et accès.

Un peu bruyant…

There were no instructions on how to use the coffee maker. Luckily we found a kettle and were able to make tea.

There was no sign on the building indicating that it was "Westview Luxury Suites", nor was there a sufficiently large enough number indicating that we had indeed found the building. When we booked, we had no idea that we would be in the middle of a construction zone, where street signs are hard to see. We are just thankful that we arrived during daylight hours and that a member of your cleaning staff was able to assist our entry.

Bathroom toilet drain issue. Bedroom lamp fell apart and blocked balcony. No seating on balcony. Balcony view was construction.

Très beau appartement très lumineux dans un petit immeuble récent. Tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour dans un quartier calme. L'accès à la terrasse sur le toit de l'immeuble est super pour apprécier un magnifique couché de soleil sur Ottawa.

Pour nous les rideaux des grande baies vitrées ne sont pas suffisamment occultant et promettent un réveil très matinal. Mais c'est sans doute une question d'habitude pour nous qui disposons de volets à toutes les ouvertures.

1 hairdryer between 2 beds. One if the bathrooms had a missing towel rail and other fittings including the sink tap were loose.

Great apartment with everything needed to self-cater for a few days. Kitchen well equipped and roomy. Entertainment package good. Very clean. Parking was fine. Communication was in great detail and helpful

There was construction work going on across the street which commenced at 06:30 on weekdays but finished around 5:00pm. The area is a short distance from the city centre and is clearly an urban regeneration area, but we felt safe and secure there.
