We zijn voor de tweede keer teruggekomen omdat ons eerste verblijf geweldig was. De faciliteiten, zoals het zwembad, strand en de gym, zijn top. Maar de belangrijkste reden voor onze terugkomst was het personeel: iedereen was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk, vooral Soufiane, die ons overal uitstekend bij heeft geholpen. Kortom, we komen zeker weer terug!

Very clean property and well maintained .... service was on bar with what is expected of a property of this level. We rented a a unit that had its own private pool but we also liked the fact that there was other pool with childern playing water park which is always a plus for a family with childern and the main pool is well serviced. Definitely, we will be coming back to this property.

It wasn't so clear when doing the booking via booking.com regarding the number of guests allowed to stay in the villa we rented, but that was later sorted with the hotel directly.

Everything. The experience here was so positive and we had a best time here. The front desk staff Mr. Sultan and Saad were really friendly and helpful. Even updated our room to a villa, also learned that it was possible to do late checkout as well, but we didn’t since we weren’t aware of it. But feeling grateful already! The room was spacious and clean, with beautiful interior and products! They used eco design toiletries which was just perfect. Also the staff driving the buggy car Mr. Irfan was really helpful and friendly as well. The weather was pretty hot, I hope all the staff that need to be exposed under the sun could stay hydrated all the time. The swimming pool were fabulous, they have four with different depths and shapes. My favorite was the one closer to the beach, it was incredibly beautiful and relaxing since lots of families were playing in the other pool. They also gave us ice bucket to cool down our water which was really thoughtful. The beach was beautiful too but since the weather was too hot, the sea was too warm for us to enjoy. But the sea was def friendly for kids and families since it is not deep at all. Breakfast was well organized with limited variety. Gym was small but with great machines to have a workout there. All in all, it was 99% all positive experiences. I hope they maintain the quality. Will be coming back for sure.

Just a few. There was a beeping sound from a control panel of the villa outside our room all the time, but the staff sorted it out quickly once we made a call. But it kept happening, hope someone will fix it. (Villa number 21) During dinner hours, lots of request for the buggy services and they forgot our request so we were waiting for about half an hour, later we successfully made a call again and the buggy arrived quickly afterwards. Hope during the peak hours, they could try to have more buggy cars in service (especially in winter there would be much more people!), or at least remember which room has called before!

We were upgraded! We have the garden villa with full sea view and access. The room was very spacious, good for family of four. Everything is new. The bed was comfortable and sheets were at its finest. The reception manager and team were very welcoming and hospitable. We were treated for a tea/coffe while waiting to be attended.

What needs attention is the staff needs to be trained in the restaurant for high volume of guests. No one attended the reception of the restaurant and we were waiting for good 20 minutes before someone attended to us. The waiter was holding the straw where you are sipping. People who are working at the restaurant should not have body odor, it just looses the appetite.
