Clean and perfect utilities

The location is very strategic in heart of JB Surrounded by lots of places to eat. Just go down from the room and you have many options. Water heater, aircondition good not noisy Washing machine and hanging rack provided. The pool is nice. Host is nice ,informative and very helpful. Kitchen utensils, microwave, kettle, iron is also provided

I hope can give 1 or 2 bottles of plain water Because when we arrive quite thirsty. Although there is a kettle but it will take time for the hot water to cool down and drink.

Spacious & clean

Staff not responding to my message in the message box until I've to call one of the numbers when I on site. Didn't even receive the WhatsApp from your staff prior to my call. The bathroom for the master bedroom hv clogging problem. Water can't flow during shower. The beds are not comfy at all

Such a great house with the nice view or garden and pool. So cozy. Air conditioning all good. House soooo cozy. Ny family really enjoyed our stay here.

Great view from the apartment and the facilities worked without a problem

Would have been better if there were more utensils like bowls and if we could get complimentary mineral water.

The flow for check in detail very clear to us. Since this is 2nd time we come to jb. The operator very helpful when we facing the aircon issue. Just text their customer service line they will try arrange to solve the problem.

The lift card issue but we know not about the homestay company problem. But hopefully the building management office will try to solve the problem

The environment for this area is good just the building a bit old. For outstation meeting i no need worried about my family in that area because around this area can get everything daily we need.

The room is prefect and clean the building management if can touch up their building a bit will be more prefect

Perfect stay at danga bay , beautiful seaview, strategic location, comfort bed and clean unit. Definitely will repeat again! Nice one lions bay team!
