Large comfortable room. Which allowed us to leave our child sleeping in bedroom and use the other room to watch tv; without disturbing

Arranged in a pinch due to missed flight connection. Overall it was a good experience though the cross trained in-house Starbucks needs to refresh staff on food prep- the croissant egg sandwich was stone cold inside.

We were only there for 15 hours but had a good experience and would stay there again. Room was very large and bed was very comfortable.

Room was big and spacious but ....
1) there were no available outlets in the living room.
2) The phone didn't work.
3) One of the lamps didn't work.
4) When I wanted to reheat some food, I was told this huge hotel did not have a single microwave available, not even a public one in the lobby.
Will not return.

Your rooms have no ceiling fans or any fan’s period. I think most people sleep with a fan.
But the rest of my stay has been great!

One of the TVs did not work. The room phone handset did not work; was told that they did not have any more batteries and to use the speaker function…
Do not understand why a guest would have to pay to park on site.
However, very close to rental car return; I dropped car off and walked back to the hotel.

Always stay there when flying out of O’Hare the next day!! Very nice stay!!

Rennovations going on. Workers everywhere and lobby covered with canvas. Parking lot gates not working; anyone could enter, but I still had to pay $30 a night for parking. Pizza was premade with added ingredients.
Staff was courteous, room service/cleaning was excellent. Bar tenders were excellent.

The shuttle drivers were AMAZING, especially Ray, who was so kind and gave us so much guidance throughout our stay - it was our very first time in Chicago! Malack was another incredible employee that helped us out SO much during our stay! So kind, personable, helpful in anything we needed! We had a fabulous time and look forward to coming back!

The door to the hotel was hard to open and toilet is too low. Besides those two concerns very nice room and bed was extremely comfortable.

I would stay here again for sure! Huge room with separate bedroom. There is a frig but no microwave. A tip: take the hotel shuttle to O'hare. a quick walk through the terminal will take you to a beautiful Blue Line station where you can then get pretty much anywhere in the city.

Room was ok, but very noisy in the hotel from the atrium bar which is in the middle of the rooms and constructing taking place the entire time. We asked for a towel and hangers the night we got in and it took 4 reminder calls and more an hour to get them. Lady at the desk said we need to pay for water in the room even though it says on the card under the water that it is complementary. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

It has been wonderful. Front desk made sure we had connecting rooms and they accommodated our late checkout request for the following day since we have a late international departure.
