Madonna at front desk was great in getting me a room for the day after 12 hr flight delay. Room was large, super clean with nice shower n comfortable bed n pillows!!

Staff was really accommodating with early check in, caught a red eye from California for a Northwestern football game and was exhausted.

I recently stayed at this Marriott and was disappointed with several aspects of my visit. The property itself is in dire need of a facelift; I didn’t expect to see torn leather seats in the lounge area of a Marriott hotel. The front desk staff were borderline rude and unfriendly, which set a negative tone for my stay. However, the food and bar were excellent. The bartender was friendly and professional, providing a bright spot in an otherwise underwhelming experience. The worst part of my stay was the airport shuttle service. The driver was extremely rude, dropping passengers at the wrong terminal while insisting he knew the airport well. He then took an unscheduled detour to Terminal 2 for personal reasons. When I complained, he became irate and sped dangerously to get me to Terminal 5. It felt like we were in a police chase! Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I will never stay here again.

Over all our experience was good. Except for unable to use the other 2 voucher for breakfast as our flight were so early and we have to leave by 4 am. I wish they had grant my son and mom to use the vouchers the day before our trip. Wasted the other 2 voucher. Also our room carpet had stains when we got there.

The internet payment plans are outrageous. If you pay 400$ for a night, it feels absurd to not get internet for free.
