excellent stay, particularly liked walk in shower. Restaurant was very good.

PROS:Rooms were very comfortable & very clean. Nice lobby, nice atmosphere. The Airport shuttle was excellent & on time. Friendly, professional & kind staff!
CONS: The lobby could have been wonderful but there were huge empty areas with unused space, gave it a very sad, worn-out feeling. (So unfortunate).
Beware: the cocktails at the bar are truly AWFUL. Extremely Watered down!
Overall, disappointing because I’ve been here many times before and truly enjoyed it!
I wish they cared about their property more. It seems like they’ve given up on improving their property.

Nice older hotel that looks to be well maintained inside but somewhat rundown outside and in need of updates. Breakfast buffet was $20 and they dont seem very free to give out vouchers. Comfortable bed and room but AC wouldn't adjust so it was freezing in the room. Overall worth the money.

While the room was modern and comfortable, the bathroom seemed shabby and out of date. Mildew on the tile grout, water stained wooden sink base, loose wall paper.

You can tell it’s an older hotel but the transportation Kate at night from the airport for a few hours of sleep was amazing before waking early for the next flight!

The room was fine. Clean. Restaurant was very good. They have a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport which is helpful. The only complaint I have is that when I sat down on the shuttle seat, there was exposed metal sticking up. I didn’t notice it and it bruised me badly. It looked like it was possibly a part of the seatbelt that should have had plastic covering it.

Paid in advance for a king room but when we arrived we were told that they were out of kings. So what happened to the room that we had reserved? Mildew in the shower. Room 409. We were told park and ride was free but a fee of $50 showed up on our bill. Smoker area at the front door so overall it pretty gross

Overall, location was fantastic and the hotel was clean. It's obvious the hotel is not new though. There was previous water damage in the bathroom ceiling and the repair was handyman style at best. There are many areas to improve but I suspect these cosmetic repairs don't measure up to the hookworm the place likely requires. We didn't use the pool but it was intriguing with the indoor/ outdoor style. I imagine the place sees allot of travelers due to the surtout proximity. I would consider staying here again but would look at options first.
