Good value for the money. Please add information about shuttle hours and the fact, that while breakfast is available, it's NOT included in the price. Those were our two search criteria, and we almost missed the last shuttle for the night because we didn't know it quit running at 10 PM (we booked the room upon a late arrival at ORD).

Room wasn't the Room that I paid for. Also paid for breakfast to be included in the stay and it wasn't honored at the hotel. Paid $100 in security fees and $29 per day for parking and checked in at 7p.m. that night and I was still charged for a full night.

Overnight stay after a long flight back to the US. Shuttle service from airport. A 5-10 minute walk to the Blue line metro today to get downtown and catch a train home. Hotel has 3 restaurants with many other restaurants in a few blocks around it. Comfortable, quiet room. Got the sleep we desperately needed.

Check-in was a little inconvenient because you had to park and walk your luggage around but it wasn’t that bad. Front desk was efficient and friendly. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. Shuttle service was efficient and friendly.

I requested an extra blanket at the front desk, it was late at night they said they would send it to the room. It never happened. 40 minutes later I called to cancel the request. That would be the only non-satisfatory experience for us on this trip.

As always our stay was very enjoyable. The bed was super comfy and room super clean. It’s always very quiet around there. The Caddyshack bar is pleasant and nice place to relax have some food and drink before turning in for the night

This hotel is filthy. We wondered if anyone ever cleaned the hallways or the elevator. There were dirty dishes in the hall outside of a room on our floor the entire time of our stay. We had to go to 4 different floors before we found a water dispenser that was functioning and the vending machine took money which the front desk said they could not reimburse ti us. VERY disappointing!!0

My wife and I check in on 9/13/24 and I was there at the same hotel the prior week. I went back there to celebrate my wife birthday so we can go to the Sugar Factory which is in walking distance from the Crown Plaza hotel. Well the check in was fine from there was not the best experience . When we check in they ask the guest do they want daily room cleaning? Of course we said yes and that was that. Well we go out all day Saturday to return to the room not been touch . Trash still in the room, dirty towels still in bathroom, bed not made up. So I went down to complain after a long day out with my wife . Front desk showed no concern so I walked away and just went to bed and got the heck out of there the following morning. So when we checked out the guy at the desk told me oh we took the parking off of the bill . REALLY I am a loyal IHG customer and that’s what you think of us. We always stay at IHG facility. I’m not bitter about this hotel but there’s work to be done here on customer service. Remember customers is who keep your business open period.
