The lobby was disgusting and in disrepair. The room was beyond gross. There were roaches sighted. The bathroom was filthy with pipes sticking out. The sheets had cigarette burns in them, mattress was smelly and sprung. Walls were dirty and the room had a smell of backwoods rolled blunts.

The property is horrible, bugs are flying around inside the corridors and rooms, smelly, noisy, unprofessional staff, we check out and moved to a differenr hotel. We cant bear the smell. That building need a compmete make iver i side out.

No elevator, such limitations should be clearly listed.
Since there was no elevator, I needed to bring my car on front to drop my parents in hotel and then had to take 2 mile trip to park the car in garage that is within property.
Cleanliness should have been better, smelly rooms and area around. Looks like people have been using drugs around the area

The place has roaches and bedbugs. The sheets were dirty. The linen had smoke cigarette holes. Absolutely disgusting. I am now dealing with bedbug bites!!!!! There was a whole carton of rotten eggs in the refrigerator!!!!!!!! It was a last-minute stay that I could not get a refund on. I only needed for one night not even a whole night a few hours. I’m reporting them to the health department.
