For the price, this property offers good value. Not convenient to shopping, but a short walk to the beautiful beach. We only stayed the one night so didn't get an opportunity to use any of the property amenities. The room was adequate but we thought the exposed box springs on the 2 queen beds was ugly.

We had a short 13-hr stay and the staff really made the difference for us. Good advice, early smiles.

We've stayed at this hotel a few times now, and each visit has been fantastic. The location is perfect, with super easy access between the pool and the beach, making it convenient to switch between the two. One of the things we love most about this place is the atmosphere--it's not just the friendly, helpful staff that stand out, but also the other guests. Every time we've visited everyone has been so cordial and pleasant, creating a truly enjoyable environment. The only area for improvement would be the pina coladas, which could use a bit more love (and perhaps a touch of condensed milk :D ) But overall, it's always a great time here, and we look forward to returning.

Pool was dirty. Chairs by the pool were so dirty I didn’t even dare to seat. Staff was not friendly or professional.

The next morning, I told the front desk who promptly moved us and said they’d have maintenance take a look. Not sure of the outcome regarding that room, but we were moved to a room on a higher room and had no further problems. Great customer service.

The shower water was very cool. Could not get any hot. Front desk would never answer the phone. No bananas for cereal and minimal choices compared to other Hampton. Had requested a quiet room for to service dog, yet given a very busy location poolside.

This was a very nice place. I love that it was also pet friendly. We love coming to Jekyll Island just for the peace and quiet as well as the friendly atmosphere.

We enjoyed our stay. However the handicapped bathroom was not a walkin and I could not use it. Grandchildren loved the place!

It is a nice place to stay. The hotel is showing its wear and tear and you can see things needing to be replaced and repaired. Overall, good hotel.
