Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Stayed one night and had no issues. Visited the coffee shop in the morning but did not use restaurant, pool or any other amenities.

The security guard out front was very helpful. It was very busy and he was trying to help direct traffic for the valets. He was also very nice and professional. The front desk clerk who checked us in was also very friendly and helpful.

Had a lovely time here after Thansgiving for the weekend. The property is clean and staff very friendly. The fitness center is open 24 hours a day, and a heated pool open daily. It is indoor/outdoor, so I had the unique experience of floating outside downtown on the 3rd story rooftop in a heated pool in 40 degree weather. Refreshing, will stay again just for this.

Notch! My only complaint was how dark the bathroom was. It was very difficult to get ready before going to our event.

Hyatt was very disappointing! The staff was outstanding in every way however, the room was terrible. The heater nor the coffee maker worked! Had to have small personal heaters. The bathroom was appalling. The bathtub had long black hair in it. The floor had a lot of long black hair in the corners. The floor had something from a spill all in front of the sink. There was rust all over the bathtub with very poor repairs on the tub. If I had known I could upload pictures I would have taken several! Based on this stay at Tulsa downtown I would NOT stay at another Hyatt property.

We stayed in a handicap accessible room although we aren’t handicapped. But the accessible room was fine. Nice beds. Quiet location in the building. Tub/shower was great. Plentiful hot water. Clean towels and sheets. Friendly registration attendants at check-in and check-out.

Everyone was very friendly and the room was very clean. Only thing I could say was I think the a/c was not working properly. But it was cool enough to sleep. I am already planning a get away with the hubby.

The ceiling in the bathroom of 334 is disgustingly gross including the white duct tape. For )230 for one night I would also expect the bathtub to drain and the a/c to blow.

Number One and Only Problem.
No USB plus inside guest rooms.
Why not! This makes the hotel 2010 and not 2024. That's was the only problem. Not electriconic friendly.

It is a great hotel. The check-in process was above and beyond by the front desk staff is what set it apart. We asked for dinner ideas and it didn’t start at one. It ended with about six that we’re all phenomenal. Thank you.

It was pretty amazing. Fancy hotel. Nice service desk people. Even the security people were nice. The hotels wear clean . The beds are comfy. And I was on the 11th floor so I got a nice view of downtown. 10/10.
