I only stayed there for only 5hrs. To start with, I need to pay for parking, I get that. Then I need to put $100 deposit, I get that, but what I dont get is, they only return $75. I don't know what happened to the $25. No toothbrush, no shampoo. I left the room clean. I don't smoke, I only stayed for 5hrs. Not checking in to that hotel again.

I’ve stayed here a few times. I stayed here in August and I had a medical emergency Trent’s at the front desk helped me she was very courteous brought me water and called 911 for me. I stayed again and Trenya helped me again I thanked her for helping me before. She again gave the best service. Trenya has a great personality and really cares. I feel very safe at this hotel. Thank you. This hotel is also very clean and quiet definitely recommend.

Clean, inexpensive place to stay near the airport and the 405. Noise is a bit challenging on the 405 side of the hotel.

My daughter and I had a very nice stay. We arrived prior to the check in time, and they allowed us to check in early, which was so nice, considering how tired we were. The entire staff was so nice and hospitable. When we checked out very early the next morning, there was no issues. I did not notice the sound of the freeway or airplanes as others had mentioned in their reviews as the reason for the negative review. My only issue was there was no mini fridge that most locations have.

There was hair on the floor in bathroom and sticky spots where stuff had been dropped next to the bed. Cleaning service came but at 9pm the 1st night. Then nothing the rest of the time. They say they have room service but its a 3rd party u order thru. So basically a doordash.

When we check in they didn’t let us know that do not have microwave or refrigerator and I was having medicine that I need it to keep cold. I ask them also if they can maybe at least to freeze the cold packs for my flight back and they decline it.

Had a layover for an early flight out of LAX. Good price, but the shuttle goes around the LAX U once every hour and you have to flag down the driver or he won't stop. If you miss the shuttle, you got to wait an hour. No shampoo provided but they sell it in the vending machine. Not tea, only coffee offered downstairs. But there's a microwave next to the vending machine. Dollar Tree literally short walk down the street. Front desk service was great especially Trenya. Food truck out front and many restaurants within walking distance. Washer and dryer only takes quarters which the front doesn't have change for

Good Motel, clean rooms, comfortable bed. After the reviews I expected worse conditions, but I think they are very good for this standard. The room was large, clean, there was a place to sit, a table. The downside is the lack of drinking water, the inability to make yourself a tea (only coffee in the morning between 08:00 and 10:00) The staff was not very polite and communicated in an "automatic" way

I have to admit I stayed at several locations from Motel 6. Hands-down, this is the nicest one I ever stayed at. Very friendly staff. The rules are very nice and clean.
