It's located almost in the center of Gurney Drive, so it's very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious, and you can relax. You can also walk to the famous and popular food stalls.

I stayed here 22 years ago, but the staff are just as friendly as they were back then, and the facilities have been renovated, so I was able to stay comfortably.

Very good property - older than other hotels but staff are very good and efficient. Would suggest good for tourist trip but it is out of Georgetown. Great views over the sea. Do recommend this for couples, solo traveler and families

The hotel didn't really have anything around it. Malls are around 10 minutes walk away.
The staff were helpful enough to open the business room in the hotel, as the in-room WIFI is the worst I used in Malaysia.
The gym and sauna area is good, but they need to fix the cold bath as they once had this
