The room was very spacious, however it missed many of the necessities. We had a room with a separate bedroom and kitchen. The kitchen had no dishes, or paper towels. You had to ask for the dishes and by the time I did they hardly had any. There were only two washcloths per bathroom. You basically had to keep asking the front desk for everything you needed, and it was annoying.

Well me and my friends took a 3hr trip to go to the Haunted House Restaurant and go to Huntington Beach. I had reservations for over a month. So when we get to the hotel i am informed that the room had been double booked and there were no more rooms. Tried to give us one bed for 3 people. Absolutely not i love my friends but i we want our own bed. We had to drive an hr and half to find another room. Not a very good experience

After checking in I got to my room and all looked fine until I went to the bathroom and found an all out mess. It was disgusting. Dirty towels, stuff all over the floor on the toilet. Never had this problem before.

Customer service was minimal, no breakfast, no pots and pans, cops knocked on my door to find it was the wrong door. Poor smell from a/c.

Disgusting! The room had hair everywhere. I just sat on the bed and my pants were covered with hair. Bathroom counter was full oh human hair. Floors had pet hair everywhere. Spider in the bathroom. Bathroom wall had bad stain. Room smelled bad. I can’t believe they call this clean. People standing at the front smoking and cursing. Didn’t look safe. Unbelievable! Stay away from this place.

This hotel is in a prime location which is why we chose it for a two night stay. However, you could see dirt and grime in the kitchen area and all along floor boards. The entrance of our room had a ton of food crumbs & used cigarettes on the carpet and smelled like cigarettes.

The hotel is close to shopping, restaurants, and the airport. It was nice that it had a kitchen. We were able to buy some food items from the local Walmart which saved some money on eating out.
The hotel room and hallways were not the cleanest. We saw a half eaten hamburger in the hallway. Pets are allowed and someone had a dog that they were allowing to run up and down the hallway. Other people in the hotel were quite loud early in the morning. I would recommend spending a little more money for better accommodations.

Right when i took out the pull out bed I noticed the bed sheet has a stain and crumbs of food plus hair on it and I did call front desk to get a new set of sheets and that took about 25 minutes for her to come and switch the sheets

Not a vacation stay hotel. It seemed more like “extended stay” kinda of place for the less fortunate. The hallways were dirty, one of the rooms smelled like cigarettes and another one like pure bleach. We checked in and had to leave right away.

The property was dirty. Phone in the room didn't work Tub was old and worn side refrigerator was dirty was force to check out early due to air conditioner service being done had to leave at 9:15 when check out was at 11.VERY Horrible experience will new go back need to shut that hotel down

Staff went out of their way to help us,we will definitely be back,however the ash tray was put by the entrance,so some of the smokers were smoking just outside the door right below the no smoking sign,it was kind of a minor inconvenience though we sometimes had to hold our breath going through…..

It was nice to have shopping across the road the front walk way could be a Hazzard for some with broken sidewalk and it also needed mowing the staff was very polite Thanks 😊

Conveniently located and decent value for the price of a one night stay. Right next to a walmart supercenter and a chase bank which was nice. The staff was friendly , check - in was a breeze as well. Honestly this was the only decent hotel for miles with an affordable price . Would stay again .

Main concern was room was not v clean. On the upside room was very largeand we liked king size bed. Hotel was mostly longer term residents but did not feel unsafe. Next time we'll pay a little more and maybe take a slightly smaller suite in exchange for a cleaner more hotel feel.

This place is awful. We stayed one night prior to flying out of Cleveland. Biggest mistake ever. We arrived later at night and there was nobody at desk to check in. Sign said to call number and they will come. I stood there at least 15 min and called MULTIPLE times. No answer. Finally after leaving and coming back, some young man stumbled from back mumbling and checked me in. There were so many people (obvious long term residents) smoking at entrance and walking in and out of front. We witnessed a drug exchange at a car on the side entrance as we walked in. It stinks terribly. I felt so gross staying here. My kids even commented on how stinky and gross the hotel was. Seems to be a lot of sketchy people staying here. Would never recommend to worst enemy.
