Easy check it, clean room great location if your plans involve the Allstate Arena. Main bed was good, pull out couch/ bed was not useful. The mattress was too thin to be comfortable, like most are. Also be aware that breakfast is just nutri grain bars, oatmeal packets and packaged muffins - we were fine with this but some may not be.

Stayed here twice at the start and end of a trip flying out of ORD. Worked out well only 10 minutes from the airport and stores and restaurants nearby. The staff were very nice and helpful when you need something not in the room which has a stove, microwave and full-size refrigerator. Would stay again.

The price I paid for 3 nights was ridiculous, ofcourse the photos like amazing but everything is outdated, the towels were dingie and dirty looking, you have to ask for whatever you need for cooking, I sat on the sofa bed and it was very uncomfortable. Won't be staying there again. The only staff I came in contact with was a gentleman who checked us in, the other ladies I saw were not friendly at all...

One night, to pick up person flying in. Quiet, and very nice night. Hotel met all expectations. Real nice basic accommodations. Did not eat breakfast. Place appeared to be very clean, and front desk people were very personable.
