Wonderful and spacious room. Extremely clean, comfortable, and quiet. Great simple warm breakfast with a coffee and tea station available all day. I will be happy to return to this hotel.

Everything was perfect except, we came back late (1:30 am) and the parking (undergroud) was closed supposed because it was full, so I had to park outside. When I got back into the hotel, there were plenty of spaces available. :(

When we go to Ottawa to see family, since a few years, we stay at the Hampton Inn on Coventry street. Good location, competitive pricing, good breakfast, free parking and large rooms.

When I told the staff a bagel was moldy they removed it but it didn’t make me want to try another. I didn’t see any regular coffee cups, only disposable ones.

The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. AC/heat worked great. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was average. The door closers for the rooms need adjusting to close softer because it sounded like other occupants were slamming their doors.

A very comfortable hotel ideally situated for a visit to Ottawa, two mile walk to centre along the river and through parks. Room was very spacious with everything we needed. Quality of toiletries was superb. Bed very comfortable. Quiet location and staff very friendly. Breakfast room small but not too busy. Pool clean and good size, free to use towels appreciated. Gym had modern equipment and a good variety of free weights. All in all a very comfortable stay.

Convenient location for us, as my wife had an exam in the University of Ottawa. Staff were polite and quick to answer and accommodate our needs. Our checkout was extended till 1:30 pm on request. Parking and breakfast were included in the price, and the room was quiet, even though the hotel is situated in a busy area. Breakfast was fine, but could have included more options. Overall we had an excellent stay.
