No tea or coffee facilities in room. Also car parking was 16 euro / night and was very tight as it was underground with a lift and was not explained when booking it.

Very nice hotel in a great location, close to bars and restaurants and 6 minutes from the ferry terminal. The hotel has bookable underground parking.

Such negative experience overall that it is an embarrassment this hotel runs in such a beautiful location and in a singular architectural building. Reception “teaching” you how to read from the rudest manner to night clerk sleeping for 15 minutes before he could finally wake up and it was not even 1am yet. No guidance for after midnite door policy, bell not working , traffic signage leads to to wrong direction etc. The GM doesn’t care apparently and the team becomes kingdoms to whom guests are minions. We had one more night at Santander but we checked out and went to another hotel! It was that bad!!! (Even the sink had hair in it)

Very smart, clean and professional hotel. Staff were all very helpful. Excellent location for city centre and sea port.

We had a lovely stay at your hotel. The view from our room was mesmerizing. There are some lovely comforts in the room such as bathrobes and splippers, coffee station and a nice choice of toiltetries. That said, though the room was spacious and comfortable it could use an update. The air conditioning is a bit loud (new since 2022) and the wall paper is peeling in spots. We enjoyed the dinner menu at the restaurante and the breakfast was good. We were disapointed that there was such limited parking in the hotel garage. Luckily, the public garage was nearby with a stair\elevator entrance just outside the door of the hotel. The staff were all very accommodating.
