Heater made such a racket we had to shut it off. Room had a terrible odor. One bed cover had a blood spot on it. Bathroom small with no counter space. The chairs at the table were all cracked and flaking off. Breakfast started at 7—we got there at 7:20 and there were only 4 pieces for toast with no other bread items. This is a very poor Quality Inn for the price

We had issues with the tv and only one person running the whole property so we had to wait until the next day to get the tv fixed. The person running the front desk did an excellent job but was completely on her own and couldnt leave the front desk to help because there were many check-ins and other property issues.

This room was awful and not what was advertised. When we arrived the front desk clerk gave us a handicapped accessible room because quote “your partner is one of those little people.” We did not ask for or want this but he shrugged and said that’s what we were getting. The room was dirty and most of the lights didn’t work. The room was advertised as a queen bed but was clearly a twin and hard as a rock. The breakfast offered was thrown away by most guests so we didn’t even try it. Stay anywhere else but here!!!

The check in was easy, the staff super friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean. The rooms are a bit small but more than adequate for what we needed. The breakfast was good and similar to others we have had. All in all, this stay was just fine.

We go to Cannon Beach every year but this is the first time we stay at Quality Inn, we were on first floor and the guests above us were slamming things and stomping their feet back and forth all night. We called the front desk and asked if they could contact the guests above us and keep the noise down, but the guest above us even made the noise louder. When first walk in we found dirty sock left on the floor and the bathroom is quite old an dirty. Not enough space to sit for breakfast. I would recommend other hotels,

First I want to say the staff was excellent very helpful and friendly. The building is old and not clean. Stains on the carpeting throughout the hotel. Breakfast was not suitable at all. If it wasn’t for the great staff we would have left. I know it’s an older hotel but it needs a good cleaning from the hallways, elevator and the rooms.
