I stayed for three nights and the room was very clean. The restaurant was closed and it would have been convenient to have a meal there if it were open. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here most of our time in Newfoundland and it was perfect. The only thing that would make it better is continental breakfast, like fruit, yogurt, bagels and coffee

Overall the staff and the area was great. However the building does need some TLC, updates to the elevator(it’s a bit small), the hotel hosted a tad bit of a musty smell throughout, and it desperately needs a restaurant or continental breakfast option for the price they are asking.

The hotel restaurant was closed when I arrived.
I also said it was noisy, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. People are just inconsiderate of others, making noise in the hallway and banging on doors in the middle of the night.

Dark. 1tiny window high in wall. 2 beds and a table but only 1 chair. Uncomfortable bed. Wheelchair parking and ramp to door but inside requires approximately 4 steps down to front desk. Inconvenient for luggage.

Easy check in and check out. The spacious room was clean and tidy with the most comfortable mattress. I loved the new flooring. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a king suite, it was very spacious and clean. The staff were great. It was a fast and easy check in and out. Only issue was the door to the bathroom didn’t click shut. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and comfortable, near a mall and other shopping and dining options. It's in a bit of an industrial area, but not a far drive from the airport. For a one night stay after a day of airports, it fit our needs perfectly.

The air conditioner/ heater did not work in our room. The front desk sent up an attendant to try and fix it but no luck. They never offered to move us and it was quite warm and stuffy in the room. Everything felt damp because of no air circulation. The room had a few upgrades which was an improvement. A restaurant would have been nice. They had a restaurant but apparently it has been closed for a long time.
