The kitchen equipment was a bit basic with no coffee maker, or jug. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom sparkling clean. Very centrally situated and convenient for the theatre and town centre. Would consider using again.

Was really comfortable, heating didn’t work but Kate was very reassuring that she was going to get it sorted the next day and that all the other heaters were hired out… but the property was lovely, would def go their again

The studio was excellent. Easy walk into Stratford and all amenities. Rate the accommodation 5 star plus.

Great location , a call the day of arrival to explain the entry to the property and supply a ticket for near by parking , I have stopped leaving comments but this hotel deserves a great review.

Great communication, property beautifully decorated. Alrhough no parking there is a 24hr carpaek 5minutes walk away and reasonably priced.
Easy to unload bags as road next to it has 1hr free parking.
5min walk and you are in centre of the town which is stunning

The apartments are nicely furnished but had no heating on both days for both the apartments we booked. We were all freezing the whole of our stay on one of the coldest weekends of the year so far. Extremely disappointing heating should be controlled within the apartments not by the hosts

The room exceeded my expectations! Lots of space, and the room had a very luxurious feel to it. Having a little kitchenette was very handy too.
Kate was really lovely and made it easy to check in and out - answering any questions that we had.
Can't wait to come back again! Thank you so much, I couldn't recommend this place more!

We recently stayed for 2 night's at the Adelphi, the guest house is well situated, just a few minute's walk from the town centre. The beds are huge and the room is clean. The only downfall is that the parking situation is extremely misleading. I was led to believe free parking was avaliable, when in fact there are 3 spaces, first come first served. I was disappointed to have to park elsewhere at £12 per day
