Had a huge american roach in the room, plus breakfast wasn't great, just cereal and coffee cake. Room smelled like smoke but was smoke free. No locks on outside doors preventing people from entering building. Poor security.

Breakfast could be more than just two choices of cereal and oatmeal crème cookies. Also microwaves shouldn’t be rusted up, locks on doors should be screwed into the frame and bedsheets should be cleaned prior to other people using room.

I had a couple issues with the room, there wasn't a remote for the TV, had to have someone from the front desk get one. There wasn't any washcloths, just towels. The one thing that got me was the breakfast area wasn't set up at 6:30, just coffee and cereal, really? I've stayed here a few times in the past and don't recall having any issues. The only thing I can think of is the property has changed hands.

The sheets and comforter had cigarette burns, but were otherwise clean. The bathroom has undergone many obvious repairs and lacked proper workmanship. ALL STAFF WERE AWESOME!!!

The sheets and comforter had cigarette burns, but were otherwise clean. The bathroom has undergone many obvious repairs and lacked proper workmanship. ALL STAFF WERE AWESOME!!!

Once I got there they try to charge me a different price after I had already paid on the app. I left and stayed elsewhere. And I tried to get my refund from you guys and wasn’t successful.

It smells like cigarettes in the hallways, stairs and in the non-smoking room. Sheets were dirty with cigarette holes in it. Two very small and thin Pillows for the small double beds. Pillow cases were also dirty. Towels were small and stained. I wanted to leave and get a refund but that wasn't an option. NOT worth the price. Its a shame its affiliated with Windham hotels. No breakfast, just coffee which I wouldn't drink. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Thia should be removed from Expedia. Description is totally false.

Because of the above conditions: I would Highly recommend that you take this particular Motel 8 off your list for these reasons: Bathroom door had been punched in on the inside and broken on the bottom. Lampshade destroyed. Reakes of smoke in our non-smoking room. Furniture old and well beaten and dirty. No buttons on the phone. Cigarette holes burnt in bedspread. No place to put your luggage.
We have come back to using Motel 8 in our travels. We found the Motel 8 in Aberdeen, VA most acceptable. We have used Expedia before with good results but this leaves is questioning using Expedia again.
