The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was located in the center, making it accessible for tour pick-ups and walking to restaurants, stores, and the market. The town is lively, if you’re looking for quiet time, this might not be it. You can hear all the fireworks, music, and commotion happening outside.
The only downside is that our room was near the stairs and elevator, so we could hear everyone coming in and out and people who decided to just have conversations in the middle of the hall. Overall, it is a great place, but ask for a room far away from the elevator.

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was located in the center, making it accessible for tour pick-ups and walking to restaurants, stores, and the market. Close to everything! The room was very clean and comfortable. They had filtered water available to fill your water containers. They had hot tea available 24/7. Very nice accomodations.

The room was comfortable and clean with abundant hot water. The lobby was also a nice place to sit and get ready for the day- free water station and tea station.

The hotel was very nice and staff was kind. We went on a backpacking trip and were able to leave our excess baggage with the hotel for safe keeping. I was very disappointed upon my return to find my extra cash, credit card, and ID missing from my bag that was locked away. My mother and I had a great stay! We had an amazing view of the street. Staff was very welcoming and happy to help. The location of the hotel is perfect! Its right next to the plaza de armas. I would love to stay here again whenever I come back to Cusco!
