Nothing special the room was nice but outdated a lot of room for improvement high ceilings big bathroom ac/heat unit needs to be replaced it’s dirty and smashed up but with all of that said it wasn’t bad this place was clean and quiet and the girl at the front desk forgot her name but she was super cool and patient and that’s what puts them over the top for me and I would stay there again. Felt generally safe but there was construction going on all night but the fan and tv took care that it wasn’t loud but trucks beeping would have driven me crazy If I wasn’t already conditioned to sleep with the tv on all night. WiFi was decent but better if you pop on your vpn and the relay the signal in a secured fashion which gave it an excellent bump in speed as well. Xfinity a few movie channels no pov bathrooms super clean and modernized only thing is the outdated rooms personally I think this place with a little more money put into it and if people didn’t do bad things to the and furniture etc., it’s hidden gem there’s a very vibrant night life out there. Next to a mountain mikes there was a club was smackin at 11pm when i went to pick up a pizza Saturday night. There’s all kinds of gas stations and liquor stores/7-11 and fast food joints like a decent handful of choices for quick snacks open late night. So yknow could be better but wasn’t even close to the worst I’ve seen

Very rude at check in. Requested a late check out and was denied even though I’m a Goldmember.

Paid for 2 nights and only stayed 1 night. Bed was worst I ever tried to sleep on. Outdoor lighting came into room and lit the room up.

We found roaches the last morning of our stay. My boyfriend had one on his face and there was one in the shower.

Cleanliness and availability, enjoyed staying.

rooms are very very small. and no elevators or luggage cart so it’s very inconvenient, especially if you’re on the second floor. all of the equipment in the laundry room is broken except 2 dryers. and the light in the bathroom is a motion sensor type light so keep that in mind when you decide to shower. i had a problem with checking in that delayed the entire thing despite everything being in order on my end. other than that, pretty decent place i guess other than how tiny the rooms are

Very dirty rooms.

Great place to stay clean and friendly staff. Double check pet friendly the site only says pet friendly we drove 7 hours to get there and find out only 12pound pets allowed. Also says roll away beds but they do not have those. Staff worked with us. Other than that everything was great

It would have been nice if the room they gave us was cleaned. We walked into a room that had an unmade bed and had not been cleaned then the guy at the front desk said are you sure when I brought the key back. We were exhausted from traveling and there were sketchy people standing around everywhere. We had to unload everything from the car considering the area. Then room number 2 it was hot and only 1 light working in bathroom and it was cutting on and off. We were so tired we just went sleep and felt with our seeing issue the next morning bu opening up the drapes. I let the lady know on the way out and she said honey you have to put the key card in the slot on the wall to use the solar lighting. I said honey this is the only hotel I’ve stayed at yet in San Francisco it back home with solar lighting and we did without because you didn’t inform us. WOW!! It just seemed like one thing after the other but one thing is for sure it’s not a safe hotel and it’s unpredictable on what will happen next here. I do not recommend this place and I will be keeping an eye on our credit card because you never know. Just pay the extra and be done with around here. It will be worth not dealing with issues later.

So the room was arranged wired…the bed was facing one direction, the TV was on the wall in an very uncomfortable way…with me laying in bed was not able to enjoy watching it…when I asked for another room…they said there was not more available….very uncomfortable very un relaxing…

Room was very clean, however incredibly small. Front desk staff was nice enough. The TV didn’t have any kind of watchable service which rendered it pointless and disappointing. Hotel staff couldn’t assist in this matter.

The room was fine. The bathroom had a broken switch and tub was stained. We ran out of toilet paper but we always bring some with us. Overall nice stay

Hotel Transylvania - Lets start with the unexpected $100 deposit. No WiFi, no cable TV, bed was worn out, the sheets had spots, room wasn't clean-it was filthy. So much hair around the bed that it looked like the floor of a busy barbershop. Killed 2 roaches in the bathroom. Kill spots on the walls from slow bugs that didn't get away from previous visitors. The AC was Ok, but didn't reach the bed area. Lots of shady people walking around. Witnessed a drug deal in the parking lot. Our room never got cleaned. Had to remove my own trash every day that I was there. (For fear of the roaches) The place is old, and if it were well kept, could be a better place to stay. Good for a cheap date, judging by the clientele.
