Just a nice hotel. Room sized bit small for the price but works well. Bed is comfortable. Only issue being they housekeep alternate days, you need to request if you want the room done on those off days. Nothing to complain off just nice.

Really liked the hotel’s commitment to sustainability with their housekeeping policy and drinking water dispensers on every floor. The pool was pretty good too for both swimming and chilling. It was mostly empty during my stay. Amazing location within walkable distance to most of the city’s hot spots.

No water in the rooms. Had to go to get water at the common corridor. Water flow was so slow.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Staff were nice especially the ones working at Wembley Cafe and the Chinese doorman uncle who was always concerned about my mom who has mobility issues. He would ask if we needed wheelchair and would open the door for us and even accompanying us to the lift to hold the door. Decor wise - the hotel was a little dated. Room was dark when we entered coz the thick curtains were drawn closed: Thankfully when we drew opened the thick blackout curtains the room was bright and had high ceilings. Although we were told cleaning of the room will be on alternate days, the room attendant would still drop in to do basic towel changing, making the beds and clearing the trash. The hotel was close to Komtar, 1st Avenue mall and Gama supermarket.
