The location is very convenient and close to restaurants and central to all main roads. The staff were friendly and breakfast was filling. Coffee in the lobby was much appreciated!

Amazing staff, I had no issues. Everyone was so polite and professional. The hotel was clean and met all of our expectations. I will definitely recomend this location.

Some of the staff was not very friendly. The pool was only 3ft deep so kiddos weren’t happy..room service did not clean our room except one time..breakfast was awful!!!

It would have been better, but there were small children screaming at the pool until 11 pm And then they were running up and down the hallway. Room did smell a bit moldy. On a good note, they are pet friendly and they kept the grass mowed low. Made it easy to walk the dogs.

We stayed 8/15-8/19 and our room was only cleaned ONCE. The phone in the room had no phone cord and no way to call Front Desk. The free breakfast is mediocre by industry standards. The best part of the stay is ERICA at the front desk. She was extremely welcoming, kind, polite and a pleasure to talk to. She greeted us everyday we walked back in and remembered us and things we spoke of. She is an ABSOLUTE TREASURE !!

The pool was down when I went.

On day one of four I was ready to give this hotel fove stars but things happened i did not like. The guy working the front desk seemed more annoyed because I interrupted his phone time when I was asking about the smell of cigarette smoke in my room and complaining about not having my room clean, trash taken, or clean towels after two nights going into a third. I spoke with two of the house keeping employees, requesting our room get aervice but neigher understood English. We tried a translator app and i wrote down my room number and it was understood that it would get cleaned but it was not. For the last few days the hallway had the oder of Marijuana. Saturday they had a lot of banging going from people workinh somethiing no one told us about nor visible signs informing guest of renovations. Very early Sunday morning near the entrance people were talking very loud for about a couple of hours. The hotel commom areas were clean and our room on day was very clean. I would love to tip the person who prepared breakfast July 3 through the 7th to leave jer a tip. The food was good and the eating area was very clean.
