Excellent friendly and helpful staff, clean modern hotel. Free coffee. Only down side to the whole experience was lack of parking ( had to park 4 blocks away )

When we arrived, we found our way to the car park. Signage said spaces available, we parked in a bay and made our way up to check in. The receptionist said we couldn’t park in the car park as there were no spaces available, we explained there were and that we’d parked in one of their bays but she insisted that we (with two tires young children) moved our car to another car park down the road. If there was no space, we wouldn’t have minded but it was very strange. Breakfast was a bit basic too and no hot drinks in rooms or to be taken to rooms.

We had asked for a parking but the hotel couldn't offer it. We should find a parking site in a public parking nearby. But this parking was booked out, it said at the entrance. We couldn't stay in the hotel since we didn't find a parking site and had to cancel the booking without reimbursement. We will not book a B&B hotel again.

The room is very clean and comfortable, and staffs are all kind and friendly. The hotel is a bit far from the Antwerp central station however, there is a park next the hotel, and the river Esco is near to the hotel and give me beautiful scenely and I could be relaxed. I'd like to reccomend B&B hotel Zuid to everybody.

The hotel is a bit far from the Antwerp central station however, there is a park next the hotel, and the river Esco is near to the hotel and give me beautiful scenely and I could be relaxed. Nice and modern urban district. Staff was very friendly and check-in very easy. Parking in the garage was possible but not cheap. We had a room which could also be used by persons with disabilities. It seemed that the room wasn't cleaned before. We found a lot of dust and a shower curtain was missing, we flooded the bathroom by taking a shower. Also the bed for the toddler was not usable because a mattress was missing.
Overall a good hotel with room for improvements.

Overnight stopover on the way back to the UK. Served its purpose. Quiet and clean. Arrived late and left early so didn’t get to see or use any facilities. Had to park car overnight in car park about 3 mins walk away from hotel 17.5 euros

Did not have the breakfast so cannot comment but there is a machine with free hot drinks that was very convenient when going out in the morning. Location was perfect for us as we had to be in Nieuw Zuid but easy walk to get closer to more things in Antwerp.
