Helpful staff. Clean. Large enough for our family of 4. Convenient location. Close to KUROMON and most subway or JR lines.

This is wonderful property, very near the Namba Nankai train station. The interior is quirky Art Deco and looks exactly like the pictures suggest. Check in was super easy, and we really enjoyed our room. It is close to absolutely everything with two Lawsons and a 7-11 literally within a block of the hotel. The service was fine, the room was really bright and clean, and we enjoyed the decor. Highly recommended for travelers staying in Namba.

The hotel was very clean and spacious! It’s about a 10 minute walk to the nearest main subway station but is surrounded by a lot of places to eat and things to do. Staff were very friendly. Would stay here again the next time we visit Osaka!

Citadines Namba was in an excellent location, a short walk from Nankai Namba station which is where the airport express train arrives from/departs to Kansai airport. Our room was very clean and comfortable, serviced daily and staff were helpful. Nara is reached easily from Namba station for a day trip.Dotonburi was a short walk away for amazing food and nightlife. We had a great stay at Citadines.

The hotel located in the city on a quiet road. 10 minutes walk to the train station and surrounded restaurant and cafes. My room was spotless throughout out my stay. The gym was equipped. Breakfast was ok, but no plant base milk.

Everything was great. Convenient location. Great, attentive staff. My only complaint is the dryer. Laundry was 400 yen per load. The dryer was very weak. We had to do 3 cycles for the dryer and it wasn’t full. Everything else was great.

The machine was very basic, practically useless. I would not recommend using it, they later informed us that there is a laundry room

It would have been nice if they offered complimentary water for guests on arrival. Also, the drink coupon when booking through expedia was a bit cheap. One coupon got a basic non alcoholic drink or green tea. If you wanted a beer or a matcha latte you had to use 2 to 3 coupons. Not a good look to be honest when youre paying $200+ per night. Also, found the street outside hotel was noisy with cars racing through in the middle of the night. The breakfast was not worth the price so would not recommend. Makes sense to brag breakfast at other mote affordably priced restaurants nearby.
