Check in for two rooms took 17+min. This does not include time I was in the queue which would add another ten minutes.
Bedsheets and pillow cases did not have a pleasant smell. Requested for these to be changed and it was fine after that.
Kids pool is fun for kids.

I have stayed at this hotel before, but I used it again.
Each time I feel the high-ceilinged entrance and the open poolside make me feel very relaxed. The staff was smooth and accommodating to my requests. I'm planning to visit Malaysia again next year and feel that I would like to use your service again.

Arrived 12 midnight. Nothing was open as did feel like a beer and watch football if on. Went to find local place near by and no taxi at the hotel at anytime. Advised I had to use Grab. Did not have the app. The concierge did a great job ordering me a cab on his own phone. Signage to lifts and to toilet in lobby area very poor. Same when u exit lift no signage to reception.

Our stay was amazing. Parking was easy and safe. They have buggy to transport you from the carpark to the hotel lobby. Best part of the whole stay was the breakfast spread.

Nice room got free upgrade because standard room already full. Friendly staff. Delicious food. Good ballroom for conference. Just open carpark infront of hotel, have valet services & multilevel parking a bit far but got buggy services also.

The spacious lobby was very luxurious. When I arrived at the hotel, my friend and I had a dinner date coming up, so I did not check in and asked them to leave my luggage for me first, which they did very smoothly.
There is a pool and a bar at the end of the lobby, and you can feel the open and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel.
The rooms were clean and comfortable everywhere.
The staff was smiling and quick to respond to any problems I had. They made my stay very wonderful.

Very nice property. Very kid friendly. Good buffet. Great pool and gym (which is small but feels like a high end gym). Great service. Food options are good but not great. And it is expensive for food on site. It’s a little hard to get off the resort. Traffic can be bad, but it is a short Grab to the train station.

Astonishing 5 stars hotel! Kids were happy, i myself would recommended to others,especially family with toddlers. Food variety, location accessible. Definitely will return for another stay

The Hotel is a horror experience when it comes to check-in, took the team more than 1 hour to check in.
And very very poor service!! I don't meet any hotel staff greeting to me and they don't even look at you like you are visible. All Staffs aren’t friendly
Poor sound insulation in room. I can hear the toilet flushing all the day even midnight.
Parking is far from the building, had heavy bags but there was no buggy on site or when the staff saw, no action was taken.
Not value for money at all,It's first and last to stay this terrible hotel! 5 star hotel but 1 star service!
