Grocery option is a 10 minute walk (Bonus is the name) or if you have a Costco membership buy your bulk there since there is a significant price difference. This was the perfect option for our family of 6 while staying in Reykjavik. The apartment was modern, clean, and well maintained. The only issue we had was understanding where to park. Once we found the parking garage, it was a bit confusinğ on how to access the building.

The property is very nice. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the property was as pictured, and the owner was very easy to communicate with. The reason for the 4 stars is because the apartment was on the ground floor. The curtains had to be drawn for privacy while we were there. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment.

The 2-bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 5. The location was just 2 blocks from the Main Street and was very quiet. Very comfortable beds and great communication with the host company.

Property was in good shape, but everything was complicated from throwing trash out to not having any place to put dirty towels. Also, it’s extremely hot in apartment and I had to purchase fans to cool off at night.

The apartment was spacious. We had a two bedroom, two bathroom unit with a small balcony. The master bathroom was small and we had to step into the shower area to get in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. Our first day there the power in the entire until went out when we were making breakfast. We wasted an entire day trying to get someone to come fix the power. This was a disappointing beginning to our trip in Iceland. The person who fixed the issue said the units have issues with electricity especially when using power adapters. Before we cooked breakfast each day we unplugged our adapters that were charging our phones and didn’t have any other problems.

Apartment was way nicer than expected. Much bigger space compared to hotels I stayed at similar cost. Used washer and dryer, and the kitchen while I stayed.

Nice, spacious apartment. For a small fee we were allowed to check in early and check out late. The apartment location is excellent. It’s walking distance from a grocery store, food hall, tons of restaurants and shopping. We were able to walk to all of the sites easily. It was convenient having a washer and dryer in the apartment. We quickly learned that parking in the garage was very expensive so we tried to find street parking when possible. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Walking through the arch of the apartment building across the street, then a second apartment building took us to a terrific food hall which starts the walk along the major pedestrian thoroughfare. We walked straight to the old harbor, and the rainbow road to the iconic church. We thought it was a great place to stay and easy to get out of town to do our day trips to visit the Golden Circle and the South Coast. We parked in the garage under the building. Easy but expensive. Download the Parka app and billing is automatic by camera. If we ever return to Reykjavik we’d choose to stay here again.

We were able to reach the staff at all times, which was very nice. Once when we first checked in and the code wasn't working and once pertaining to parking. They quickly gave us a new code which worked for the entirety of our stay and gave us some advice about parking. It's a city. Parking is weird in cities. The apartment was beautiful. Would definitely stay again.
